Mike Jones’ shiny and new video, "Mr. Jones" (the first single from his album The American Dream, due out April 3) made its YouTube debut today. The most notable thing about this wasn’t the split-screen madness or bling-or-die mentality of the clip, but the "Related" videos that YouTube suggests in the bottom right column of the screen:
…Twenty clips from the two CGI-animated Ice Age movies. I know this comes from the words "ICE AGE" in the tags for "Mr. Jones," and I know that there’s a big difference in Age‘s ice and Jones’ (the first is cool, the second makes you cool). But still, how great would a blingy cameo from Jones be in the upcoming second Ice Age sequel? He is, after all, kinda cuddly, like a woolly rhinoceros. Better yet, why not get Young Jeezy on board for a CGI remake of Frosty the Snowman. Kids really respond to obvious metaphors!
