The leash that Tom Cruise keeps Katie Holmes on just became shorter, if a report in the New York Post is to be believed. An anonymous source claims that Tom has called the producers of Katie’s upcoming Mad Money, set to begin filming soon in Louisiana, and informed them that he will accompany Katie to the set everyday. The source adds that the script for Mad Money, which is also set to star Diane Keaton and Queen Latifah is "atrocious," but Katie’s involvement comes from the fact that it’s a female-buddy comedy and won’t require any love scenes (remember how that went last time?). There’s no word yet if Tom’s arm will get billing for its inevitable cameo when it pops up handcuffed to Katie’s in several scenes. [New York Post]
