A video for a 2006 video from none other than Rock of Love villain Lacey has surfaced, and boy is it awesome. The synth-pop throwback “This Thing Called Love” finds Lacey vamping around, rolling around in bed, throwing rose petals at a dude and changing the word “LOVE” (written in lipstick on a mirror, of course) to the word “DONE” while proclaiming all along, “I don’t want this thing called love.” Here comes the rain, again and again. As you’re well aware, Lacey would go on to appear on a reality show purportedly in search for that very thing. It’s nice to know that she eventually came around. [Via ohnotheydidnt]

I have been a LONG time fan of the group, Lords of Acid, which coincidentally has a fairly new lead singer, the infamous Lacey Connor. For all the peeps who have made fun of her and laughed at her…IN YOUR FACE!! She is sexy, seductive, and a surprisingly AWESOMELY EPIC singer. I just attended their show at Ground Zero Nightclub in Minneapolis on July 23rd, 2010. They are currently on tour with My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult. I met Lacey personally after the show, she was stunningly beautiful, charismatics and cordial. Even got pics with her and Thrill Kill Kult’s lead man, Groovy Man! For those who laughed and said she’d never make it, IN YOUR FACE!!
