I’d say that pretty much sums up this week’s episode of My Fair Brady, eh?

Yes, this is the week we bid farewell to Adrianne’s old breasts:

And welcomed her new ones with a big HELLO!

But please, don’t touch. They’re sensitive.

Before Adrianne is able to start on her journey toward a C cup, Chris must fulfill a few husband duties that serve as a test to his skills not just as a spouse, but as a dad.

He hooks Adrianne up with pig slippers! Fills her painkiller prescriptions! He even arranges for the alarm to be activated at the house! Oh, and he buys her a bell.

A bell which will be almost impossible for her to use. But hey, he tried!

It’s too late to worry about it anyway, because off to the hospital we go!

The surgery goes off without a hitch, and because this is VH1 and not some creepy medical show, all we see of the surgery if her passing out thanks to the anesthesia. Awesome!

Chris dotes on his wife during the entire ordeal, like a good man should, natch. Adrianne leaves the hospital in her hilarious outfit, pig slippers and all. Again, this is why we love her. Girl keeps it real!

Back at home, Adrianne makes demands as she heals in bed:

And Chris manages to caregive without a hitch. Perfect parents in the making!

Their reward? A visit from Adrianne’s BFF to the max, Dia.

Right away two things become very clear.

1. Dia is awesome.

2. Dia looks like Jessica Simpson. See?

And…

Dia also clearly knows her best friend very well, as she was all smiles (see above) when Adrianne debuted her new boobs.

Hey - isn’t that the bra Chris gave Adrianne back at the Surreal House?

It soon becomes clear that Dia and Chris have something in common besides their love of Adrianne - they both want BABIES. Ding ding ding!

But when the new alliance brings up the B word with Adrianne at dinner, she flips.

Because, you know, her boobs only cost $14,000. $14,000!!! No wonder she’s always touching them all the time.

With the baby drama settled for now, the BFFs go off the following day to do what girlfriends do best: bikini shop and lunch.

Both women look amazing, but only one has new, fake boobs to grab!

After some successful swim-wear shopping, the girls celebrate their friendship over food, drink and some heavy chit chat.

After toasting to “getting knocked up,” they both share some deets about their difficult childhoods,and in particular Adrianne’s issues with men and safety. It’s during this conversation that Adrianne opens up about her past molestation and rape. She also reveals that she and Dia went through one of these traumatic experiences together, strengthening their bond as sister-friends. And yep, we cried (even though the friends held it together)!

But all good things must come to an end, and after all that intensity Dia heads home, for now.

Exhausted by all the boob n’ baby discussion, Chris and Adrianne decide to nap it up for 5 minutes before heading off to pack for their upcoming Hawaii trip.

And we’re left knowing deeper side to Adrianne. There’s more to her than just being some hot girl who loves to fart…

…And we like what we see.
Especially the new boobs.
