Glam God Casting Call!
Last month, we announced the upcoming reality search for the next major celebrity stylist, Glam God with Vivica A. Fox. And for those around the New York area, we can now reveal how to try out for the show:
VH1 and the producers of the Flavor of Love series want to test your inner fashionista. They are calling all wanna-be celebrity stylists to become part of the new series, Glam God With Vivica A. Fox. Looking for men and women who have what it takes to become a stylist to the stars with the ability to create a chic masterpiece using the three key elements of fashion- hair, make-up and wardrobe. If you think you’re the new Rachel Zoe or Robert Verdi then show us what you got.

Hi,my name is Juanita I’m from Philadelphia I’ve been in the business for 17 years.I’ve owend my own salon for 10 years,now I’m looking for the next level in my life that will exspose my real talent.I beleive that this show may be haven sent.I was the first afican american salon in phila, to introduce the Great Lenghts to the area.So I speacialize in evrrything,i also do all types of hair.And coloring,weaving,updo’s so on and so on.I have agreat personality to go with my skills,that makes me a fun person to be around.

Hello, i was wondering if there are any casting calls that will be in the michigan area?! This is my dream come true. I’ve always longed to be in the fashion industry and making this show would be a major jumps start to my career.

My Talent consist of Cosmetology, Barbering, Braiding, and Fashion .I cater to all men and women all ethnicity. Cosmetology school I was trained to do weaving, short styles, chemicals and colors, the correct and professional way!!All styles also Fantasy hairstyling.I also Braid. I have been in 15 competitions won 10 and I am hair, I talk hair 24/7. I was raised in the Salon in the Westside of Chicago. Where I reported everyday after school I then began cutting my hair at 13 years old, eventually began cutting family and friends. I knew I had a passion for hair. I then learned and wanted to go to the next level. I got proper training in hair school and graduated. My skills and professionalism came by my grandmother.WATCHING MY GRANDMOTHER WORK ON CLIENTS EVERYDAY AFTER SCHOOL GROWING UP HAD A MAJOR INFLUENCE ON MY SKILLS AND PROFESSIONALISM.After doing hair for so long I wanted to take my skills to another level.So Then I went on to personal shopping for those who had the rocking hair style but, the look was all wrong.Growing up without my biological mother and father took a major toll on my life. I had no real genuine love in my life everyone seemed so unrealistic when it came to their feelings towards me. Thats why I am closed and very particular about who I let come into my circle.Without my parents there,their was no guidance for me I made mistakes because I had to make all the decisions on my own and if I messed up then it was my fault.I feel very bottled up and angry with my parents.
I have a portfolio of my work I want this opportunity.I create and I work hard and focus I love competitions.Thats why I know this show is perfect for me. all my presentations created by me. I will transform your image for any occasion. This is me and I REALLY WANT TO BREAK THE STEREOTYPE OF MEN THAT ARE HAIRSTYLIST ARE GAY!!
