Connections, Connections, Connections

Those who participated in Rock of Love 2’s Famous Friends site know how much fun it is to share some gossip, scroll through pics, and make lots of new pals. If you dug Bret and the girls, you had plenty to talk about with everyone hanging in the community. So no wonder people are already leading a charge to the Viva Hollywood Famous Friends page. Our latest show is a hotbed of action, a self professed “back-stabbing, love-making world where nice guys finish last.” Get ready for some treachery and heat: the Latino contestants vying to become a Telenovela star have lots of ambition.
The series premiered last night. It looks like Vinci Alonso has an early lead as the cast member with the most fans. That can all change in a moment, however. La Casa de Locos is like a volcano - something’s always bubbling.

Your show is exciting, and the judges are awesone, but now that the goodlooking contestants are gone (Alexcey, Vinci, Geovannie, Kalain and Silvia), there is no point in watching your show anymore.
Since clearly the show’s formula is to eliminate all the goodlooking contestants first then I guess it is Gisel’s turn this coming week, and Berto will be the winner.
Good luck.
I look forward to the next season.

Since TV is a VISUAL medium I would have thought that your producers would have kept the goodlooking or at least the telegenic contestants on the show as long as possible.
But they were voted off or left: Vinci, Kalain, Geovannie, Alexcy and Silvia.
Since it is clear that either pudgy Jenn or God forbid, cheating, lizard-like, bigoted Berto will win, I will not watch your show for the remainder of the season.
Good luck. I look forward to watching your show next season.

I think that it’s hard to choose talent when the talent is comparing themselves to each other. I think it’s going to be between Jenn and Rosseny. Everyone that wants to be an actor / actress wants to start big and the novelas are big in the Latin community. So for those that said this show is offensive and stereotypical must not watch novelas because the actors/ actresses in this competition are only doing what they think the producers of those “types” of shows will like. As far as the African American eating fried chicken as a comparison…I think that’s stupid to compare because that has no correlation to this show as far as Stereotypes. Most reality shows on TV have either have black or white people. This show is trying to shed light on the Latin community showing that they too can capitalize in the reality show field. To those that are closed minded and think the world is against them…they should see the flip side, which is this show gives the Latin community the opportunity to get their foot in the door in reality TV.

This show is really stupid! As a Hispanic I find this show to be very offensive and further the typical stereotypes that can only come out of stupid minds. It would be like making a show of African-Americans and have them eat fried chicken all the time or have Asians constantly taking photos. I can not believe that Carlos Ponce decided to host this program and be a part of a program that denigrates Hispanics in general. But then again, I guess he needed the money…

I forgot to mention how hilarious everyone looked in the Ugly Betty Contest, it was hilarious, although I really wanted to see everyone sporting the runway in their sexy bathing suit outfits. Most of them have really sexy latin hottie bodies.

ON THIS EPISODE- THE DEADLY SIN OF VANITY:
~ Well , Vinci sure took the cake with lots of frosting on this episode. His sweet looks & vain arrogance were bitter in the eyes of all of the rest of the contestants. After Janet lost the Ugly Betty Beauty Pageant & Talent Show, she had to face Vinci as the chosen one by all the rest to be ousted from the Telenovela familia, but since he knew how to act on command, poor Janet had to be killed off as the next telenovela star, even though she did seem to have worked on her heavy accent. Bye Janet, saw it coming, just didn’t know when, but you still have talent enough to be hired for a part in the motion picture industry, (she did speak Spanish quite fluently in the kill-off scene, I really thought her accent was more lilke white-girl learning Spanish).
