CBS 4 Anchor Shomari Stone is featured on Foxy Brown’s new album. “Brooklyn’s Don Diva.” . Shomari Stone exclusively broke the Foxy Brown story in Miami. Foxy sampled Shomari Stone’s voice for the intro to her album (Track 1: Brooklyn’s Don Diva). Brown sampled Shomari Stone saying,” Foxy Brown is escorted by her friend to an awaiting cab.”

I heard the album. Shomari Stone has a sexy voice. I remember when he was a reporter in Fort Myers. I knew he was going to be a star.

I heard that Foxy Brown saw Shomari Stone’s report and she thought he was cute. He interviewed Foxy Brown’s brother the day after she was arrested.

I worked with Shomari Stone at CBS in Miami. He is very polite, polished, and professional. He was a pleasure to work. I’m glad to hear he’s on Foxy Brown’s new album.
