Heidi & Spencer Are Cheap A-Holes
Waiters, waitresses, servers, bus boys, and bartenders BEWARE! Heidi and Spencer may wear fancy clothes, drive Beamers, and drop cash, but when no one’s looking they are cheap cheap cheap! The putrid pair and two friends ran up a $783 bill at an LA restaurant Saturday night, and then only tipped $16 on the check!
Just in case they were too busy being catty to pay attention in high school math, here’s how it works:To get 20% of $783.00: Move the decimal place one spot to the left ($78.30) and double it. The magic number: $156.60! Looks like Spencer was a little off, not that we expect him to be good at math - or anything, for that matter. The poor server had to then bug a Hills producer for some dough, who handed over an additional $60. Would you expect anything classier from these two? [TMZ]

Not to be the Devil’s advocate, because I can’t stand these two, but the article said that they drank 12 $60 shots of Patron. And while I’ll admit that all by itself is stupid and a waste of money, each of those shots would come with a 12 dollar tip. Which is also stupid.

Actually, what’s really stupid is people not understanding the concept of a tip. These waitors and waitresses make all of their money from tips. And if you have the dough to spend $60 on shots of Patron, than you have the extra $12 to throw in for tip. If you don’t have enough money to leave at least 18% tip, you should go somewhere cheaper where you can leave an appropriate tip, or keep your ~^~ at home.

What a couple of douches! I would expect celebrities to tip more just to keep up appearances. Someone needs to interview that server and plaster it everywhere. Or better yet the douches arch-nemesis, Lauren ought to make a point of looking in the camera and tipping 25% everywhere she goes.

omg…the waiter or waitress who served them probab;y wrote this i know the server didnt expect a 156 doller tip and if he or she did then they are crazy or maybe they were a bad waiter ior waitress and only deserved 16 dollers…this blog is ridiculous aand the person who wrote this is @))*@ ing over something dumb nobody not even the richest person in the effin world would tip somebody 156 dollers for a tip and if they do they r insane…

what an idiot. i bartend, i will tell those of you who don’t know that bartenders are expected by management to make 15-20% in tips b/c we have a mandatory tip-out (3-5% of our sales) we have to give our security, barbacks, etc. a $16 tip on $760 is less than a 2% tip which would not even cover what we have to pay out. if you’re too cheap to tip under 15%, heres an idea, stay home

Ummmm Breezy.. yeah the server prob. did expect a 156 dollar tip. When someones bill gets that high you still expect a 18 to 20 percent tip and if you cant tip what your suppossed to then you shouldnt be ordering that. That is how servers make money. do you really think they serve tables just for the maybe if they are lucky 3.50 cents they make an hour??? and when someones bill is that high it ususually means you had to spend all your time catering to that one table so you miss out on making other tips from other tables. Please dont be so ignorant when you speak!
and heidi and spencer are fake stupid people who are only getting money from being on Laurens t.v. show and bad mouthing her.

Damn… I dont really care for those two but i never had anything bad to say but now…. That is soooo @^&! ed up. How the hell do you run up a bill that high between 4 people and between the 4 of you ya’ll couldn’t give 20 a piece. I used to waitress and they lucky that wasnt me b/c someone at that table would’ve been wearing some left overs home that night. They should dine in at home for now on.Noone wants to see their pathetic little faces anyway. They jus happened upon a tv show. Lauren should write them out of it. Noone cared about them in the beginning and we def dont give a ~^%* now!!

I think that sucks!! I am a Waitress for a living and if that would have happened to me i would have convenitly spilled a drink on them!! I think rich people look past reality. The people that wait tables are not bumbs, we are actually down to earth and earning a living the best way we can. That dosent make a person less more intresting or important than anybody else. SORRY OUR MOMY AND DADDYS ARE NOT RICH!!!!!!

Who cares!! The fact that the poor server had to bug a hills producer for more tip money is sad! What kind of waiter begs for a bigger tip?I think the waiter is the loser.I was a waitress years ago and when I would get a crappy tip you just deal with it! Spencer may be a jerk but he entertains me.I wouldnt even watch Im a celebrity get me out of here if spencer and heidi wasnt on it.The rest of the celebrities bore me I mean the freaken baldwins? boring!!
