It took an in-person meeting to get Sinceer to talk to us (she initially refused our request for an interview, not wanting to cater to her online haters), but we’re so glad that she finally did. Below, she gets some things off her newly enhanced chest regarding her role as the “bad guy” of Flavor of Love 3, her true feelings for Flav, her betrayal of Thing 2 and her parenting skills. She even cries! It’s about as emotionally varied as you might expect from such a lightning-rod personality. Unpredictable to the end, that’s Sinceer!
How do you feel about being at the reunion?
I’m glad I’m here, because I get to get some things off my chest that I didn’t get to on the show. I’m glad I get to see Flav again and let him know how I felt when he let me go.
It was kind of sad that Flav left you at the table with Thing 2 while he jetted off to Monaco with Black.
And I knew I was going to leave. The bad guy never wins. That’s why I didn’t want to be the bad guy, but I guess I got stuck with it because my personality is stronger than everybody’s. I stood out more as a bitch because I was pissed off all the time. You can’t live in a house with a bunch of girls and be happy. I can’t even live with my sister, let alone a bunch of bitches that I don’t know.
Did you feel as the show was taping that you were the bad guy?
I knew pretty much that I was going to end up being characterized that way. Especially toward the end. I tried to change it, but they didn’t want that to happen. It was like, since I’m stuck with that, I can’t be nice now. I had to roll with it till the end. It kinda sucked.
So then do you regret your plan of attack?
No.
You would have done the same thing, even knowing the result?
Hell yeah. F*** them hoes. A lot of them weren’t there for the right reasons. When I was there, I wasn’t walking around like this [gestures to the ample cleavage her outfit displays]. I looked normal. I didn’t want the audience to think I was there for exposure. When I talk about it I get sad [voice breaks, crying commences], but I was really there for him. And that’s why it’s going to be hard for me to do this reunion. I didn’t get to walk off with him, and then to see him there with Thing 2…you don’t understand. “Sinceer’s the fake one, Sinceer’s the fake one,” but I feel like I was the realest one. Like Seezinz, she knew what a lot of these bitches knew, and she didn’t tell him. Rayna called the house telling him to guard his grill, and Seezinz didn’t tell him that s***. If I would have answered that phone, I would have told Flav right away because I’m there for him. But Seezinz didn’t do that, so she obviously wasn’t. She didn’t give a f*** about him. That’s why I couldn’t stand that she was there. I knew she was fake, and we could all see right through it. I noticed what he couldn’t see. It was like, why is this bitch getting a clock over me? What is she doing?
Is that why you were the hardest on her, because you thought she was the fakest?
Oh hell yeah. She was the No. 1 fake one. It was hella obvious.
You said that you weren’t so flashy with your wardrobe in the house. Why show it off today?
I gotta show people I do have a sexy side, damn it! I wasn’t the sexy one in the house. You never heard him say, “Sinceer is hot.” I never heard him say not one thing about me looking good, so I wanted to come back with a sexy vengeance.
Someone said your breasts were new. Are they?
Mmm hmmm.
But you got on other girls’ backs for having fake boobs.
Yeah, but it’s different: they have saline, I got silicone. (Cackles) That’s why I call theirs water balloons. Mine’s a stress ball. There’s a difference.
Was watching the show hard for you? Was hearing what people say as a result of your villainy difficult?
Most of the people that talk s*** are online. When people see me face-to-face, they’re like, “I f***in’ loved you on that show. You kept those hoes in check. I would have done the same thing you did to Thing 2. You didn’t come there to make friends.” People don’t understand that that was a hard thing for me to do because I did develop a friendship with her. But at the end of the day, did I come here to sing “Kumbaya,” or did I come here to be with Flav? I really cared about the twins because I knew that they were there for him as much as I was. But then it came time for me to say, “I’m stronger than her.” And I still feel like I am. She still lives at home with her mom, dad, brothers and sisters. I live by myself. And I told Flav that. I don’t understand why all that wasn’t brought to the table. I said, “I’m a single mom, I pay my own damn rent, I pay for my own car. I’ve lived on my own since I was 18. She’s 26-years-old and still living with mom and dad.” That’s what I meant when I said I was stronger. She still depends on people to survive, but I don’t.
People have said some nasty things about your parenting. Do you want to clear anything about that up?
I’m not going to say I’m the best mom, but I do what I can to take care of my kids. There’s no way I would have been here if I was behind on my electricity. There was no way I would have been here if I was behind on my rent like some girls. I think that’s stupid that I’m characterized as a bad mom when you had bitches in the house who didn’t pay bills just to come to the show. What kind of a mother does that show them to be? I feel like I had my s*** together, and I would never leave my kids in a predicament where they’re not going to have a place to live, they’re not going to have electricity. People don’t know me. They’re judging what they see on TV. In my personal life, I don’t curse around my kids. My kids don’t watch the show. They don’t see the side of me that people saw on TV. I love my kids dearly. I’m letting my oldest son go to school in Arizona not because I don’t want him, but because the education system is better out there than San Diego. So I’m sacrificing to make sure my baby has a good education. My kids come before everything. If there was going to be a problem with my kids, I never would have came to the show. Anybody talking s*** about me being a mother needs to kiss my ass because they don’t know me, and they need to stay the f*** out my business.
Would you do another reality show if you had the chance?
I would. At first when I left the house, I was like, “There’s no way in hell.” But because of the reaction from a lot of the fans who are like, “You should do another show.” Even ones that didn’t like me have been like, “Because of you, I watched. I wanted to see what you were going to do next. You played that s*** good.” (Laughs) I think I have a good personality. It didn’t get to show because I was always pissed off. But if I was ever get the chance to find love, I would hope that someone would fight for me as hard as I fought for Flav.

I truly hope and pray that Vh1, or any other TV producers, do not allow you to grace your presents on any more TV shows. I continued to watch FOL-3 show each week because I was hoping that that would be the week that you were finally eliminated. To tell someone that their sick mother is dead, and to call someone a nobody is deplorable, and demonstrates a clear indication of your lack of compassion, respect or care for another human being. You were jealous of Seezinz. Just go ahead and admit it. You know the truth will set you free. I think telling it like it really is will help you with all that anger nesting inside of you. You said you went to anger management, but, I couln’t tell by the way you acted on the FOL-3 reunion show. You know getting all in Seezinz face. Girl, you need to stop and take a chill pill. You know that Flav was not into you. The only reason why you were not eliminated. any sooner than you were, was because you kept up all the negative drama inside the house. The only other woman from the ‘Flavor of Loves’ shows I have ever written to is Tiffany/New York because I could see she was also there for Flav. I could see you were there for Flav but as we all know now no woman from this last show would have been the woman in his life. I love Tiffany/New York because of her confidence, poise, femininity, honesty, passion, intensity, sensuality, energy for living, sincerity, depth of emotions, and the power of her tears. I admire her for the woman she is love her or hate her she is my Princess. In you are many of those qualities mentioned above and the tears you shed on the Reunion Special were genuine and moving. What happened to Tiffany/New York happened to you also; Flav is blind to true love because he was never there to discover true love but there as many of the other women competing, television exposure. But continue being strong and confident in yourself and you will obtain all that you seek and become more than you dream.
I had love for flavor, but when he brough that Hotlanta look alike on the reunion show, and had already, had a two year old son, with her. My feeling toward Flavor turn cold.
