Hulk‘s son is being held in solitary confinement in a Florida jail because at 17 he is too young to be with the rest of the criminal population. Turns out the the time alone is wearing on the kid, and he is allegedly freaking out and desperate to get the hell out of the clink. Nick‘s lawyers have said that he is experiencing “unbearable anxiety” and is spending up to 17 hours alone in his cell with no access to any special programs. His lawyers have requested that he head home under house arrest until he turns 18, or possibly be moved to the minimum security prison. Where do you think Nick needs to be? [CNN]

nick hogan he need to be jail for long time, because he knew it was drinking and party to much ,,, i think he would stay jail about 20 years he lern he lesson
i feel sorry for what is happenning to both of the families but at 17 yrs you know what you are doing and specially if u drink and drive, no one should be except of the consecuenses and nick has to pay for what he did… even tough his parents are gonna suffer too but it’s for the best.
I think nick did the right thing turn himself in to the police. I think while Nick is in Prison He should study to get his GED. I my cousin went to prison for the samething and He learned his lesson. I know Nick will learn his lesson.
this isn’t to Nick or the Hogan Family, because you did your time and deserve to be released. But I would like to take this moment to say:
Why do famous people (stars) think that when they get caught doing something wrong,( they start to think they are Gods and don’t have to comply to the rules.) I believe like most average citizen that certain celebs pay off the courts cops and what not’s and get away with crime. THIS IS NOT FAIR!!!! You should be made to do your time as the old saying goes DO THE CRIME DO THE TIME, your not better than me or anyone for that matter just because your a star doesn’t mean you can get away with murder.
Nick will punish himself the rest of his life for the accident. I think they should let Nick go home and get a job.then give the money to John’s family as long as needed. Hulk should not have to pay for the mistakes made by both boys.

drive drunk are tipsy.they do not use good judgement.i do not know what will change this but hulk hogan did not hit john and even if his son is a minor he should not be treated like a fool for standing by his son.i pray that john is allright and his condition changes and nick will have to pay for his mistakes which is right but even in the best of families tragedy happens ,but the family cannot stop supporting each other because of what nick did.the only reason nancy grace is involved is because she is a publicity hound. she does not really care for either parties involved when the next sensational story comes along she will forget abot john.
another thing if it was one of our family members who was in trouble for this we would be trying our best too get the least amount of jailtimefor that person even though he was drinking .if it was your son or daughter who was driving drunk you would not be saying give him the longest sentence but youwould be working togrt him the shortest one because you love, him just as hulk hogan and linda love there son.

Everyone that is saying he shouldn’t be in jail, is an idiot. Drunk or not…he made a HUGE mistake that has tramatically changed another human. Who cares if he is 17. I have watched the Hogan’s reality show and Nick acts grown…so he needs to man up. What if it was one of your friends or family members in the car?
Is everyone forgetting that John was in that car too…he knew full well that they were speeding and the consequences that could happen. My guess is that he was laughing and joking all along. Sure its saddening to see what happened to him and yes I do agree that Nick should have to face the consequences of his action. I am not saying that Nick doesnt need punished but instead I am saying that I am sick of everyone bashing him as if she purposly hurt a friend. They were both in the car and they should both get equal blame. Just my opinion which dosent make it the right or perfect one…just my own.

he should be at home. when u get into another persons car u always take a chance on getting hurt. I fell for this young man’s family. seeing their son so hurt and injured. I will keep them in my prayers that he heals soon, God can perform miracles just keep the faith and stay by his side. bu;t a 17teen yr old should not be in solitary confinement. But the hogan family need to get their family back together and do something for this young man who is injured so badly and try to help them even if it’s going to church together and praying together for a miracle healing for this precious young man. Because u can only imagine how hard this is for thim. It’s their son and this is a very sad thing. Nick I pray u learn from this.

why is he in jail to begin with. he did his time for the car wreck already so why is he in jail again and he should be allowed to have access to all the same things as other inmates if it means moving him to the minimum security then that is what gets done. otherwise it is cruel and unusual punishment. which is not allowed by our law or the geneva convention
