Sooooooo that rock can’t really be from Nick Cannon… or could it? Nick himself didn’t deny the claim, and got a bit awkward when asked about the bling buzz yesterday. “I can’t even know what to say,” Nick stammered to MTV News. “She’s probably the most festive, remarkable person I’ve ever met.”
That’s not a denial! We were a bit skeptical about Nick possibly giving Mimi a giant rock, so we decided to examine the engagement ring he gave to his ex-fiancee Selita Ebanks after proposing in Times Square. We made quite a discovery! The rings are not only both huge, they look remarkably alike. If Mariah’s ring is from Nick, it’s obvious what kind of rocks he likes to buy his ladies!

Both Kim and Khloe donned shimmery silver dresses at The MTV Australia Awards and while both Kardashians look hot, surely one wins over the other on the sexy scale. Fittings, make-up, commercials for something, visiting with author Salman Rushdie and forlornly looking out the window are the action in “Falling Down”….tough life!

News alert! Heidi Montag is NOT a robot, even though her looks suggest otherwise. The Hills camera-hog - who spends most of her time posing in front of random monuments while decked out in practically no clothes - let the tears flow in an interview while discussing the death of her brother. Decked out in layers of makeup and fake hair, we actually see a glimpse of the really Heidi, who is mourning not just brother, but the fact that certain friends (yes, Lauren Conrad) never reached out to her following her loss. Did we just learn that LC is that much of a b*tch? Uh oh, we may join Team Heidi after all. [via PerezHilton]
Let’s see…they’re both trashy and they’ve both made a ton of cash off of sex. So why are Ashley Alexandra Dupre and Joe Francis battling each other in court? Ashley, whose best known as former Governor Eliot Spitzer’s preferred call girl, is suing the Girls Gone Wild creator, after his company dug up and used tapes of Dupre that she made for the video porn biz as a high school student while on spring break. Francis, who just got out of jail, issued the following statement: “She’s seeking $10 Million for topless photos taken in front of a room full of people, including two newspapers and multiple crews we had in the room. These images were taken in public places and contain no sexual contact. We expect to triumph in this matter and continue to offer the best and hottest girls.”
$10 million! Not a bad asking price. And hey - she could get it by taking her clothes off, or leaving them on and going to court. We’re kinda proud of Ash for choosing the latter. [ET]
