In the clip above from last night’s Tool Academy reunion (best VH1 reunion show ever?!), a lie-detector test led to a full-on backstage blow-out between Krista and Tommy. The contention stemmed not from anything that happened on air, but online: specifically from a comment left on this blog. Under the Episode 5 recap, someone left this comment:
I feel so bad for Krista. I hooked up with Tommy when he hit on me at the bar he worked at. We were both really drunk when it happened, normally I don’t hook up with a guy who has a girlfriend but he talked so much $_@_*%@_`!~$(@!* on her about how he knows she is not the one for him but he is in a tough position and needs to get on his own feet. She is totally fooled by his charm. I apologize for my part.
While the fight this comment led to seemed particularly savage, we couldn’t help but be flattered to have contributed to the reality of reality TV. More of the work we helped facilitate is below in the form of an extended take on their backstage bicker-and-slapfest.

Why did everyone clap and tell him he was better off when he came back to the studio? Seriously? He cheated on her and got dumped, he sucks. Good job for getting dumped dude.
maybe this guy is a cheater–since he was on tool academy and all…maybe he was lying …but overall,I really have to question the fact that so many shows rely on lie detectors…most experts say they are far from fool proof. a very good liar will not have an increased heart rate etc and could pass a test, while a very nervous person could flunk even when telling the truth.
I think Krista is a publicity hound. Why else make such a big scene if not for the cameras?
Did you guys WATCH the show? That chick was SO MEAN to everyone. She was bigger tool in that relationship (which still isn’t saying much for Tommy).

yeah the “pregnant” girl was an actress and that was the fakest crap ive ever seen… shawn made enough drama for himself you didnt have to make some stuff up VH1. youre horrible and im not watching anymore of your shows, everything is so staged.

krista is a beach. she was talking so much crap about all the other girls on that show when she was the most messed up… Tommy boy you come see me baby!
Lie detector tests are not permissable in court because of how inaccurate they are.
Also Heather, the girl Sean hooked up with is a successful fashion and make-up model. You can see her on Project Runway and on numerous Maybelline ads.
I thought that Mega was really out of line calling Shawn a clown and that he should be in a cage. Mega has a real problem not being able to let go. I know Shawn and he is a real sweetheart. He would be there for you, if you needed him. Shawn is awesome and has been since he was little. He has been admired by all of his teacher’s and friend’s and coach’s. I Love you Shawn.
Matsoflex was pushing other guy’s around like Tommy and getting out of hand when he was drunk. He was makeing fun of Krista & Tommy about their puppet’s as well. He didn’t even back Shawn, when ask if he was right. Shawn had to hold Matsoflex when he was drunk, throwing beer can’s every where. Matsoflex has a whole lot of problem’s as well. Josh has problem’s as well. Tommy showed he does as well. I really feel sorry for all the guys and girls, as none of them are perfect. I wish them the best. As for all of you haters, don’t be wishing anything bad on anyone. It will only come right back at you, live and let live.
SO , if anyone noticed, Shawn supposedly got a woman pregnant in a gas station . . well the women who was the supposed pregnant woman was seen on Project Runway season two, shes an aspiring model AND ACTRESS. Her name is Heather Brown and shes trying to get an T.V time she can, so go figure, its all fake.
izzy you don’t have the fact’s about what you are talking about. My advise to you is just not say anything about Heather or Shawn, since you don’t know them. Take a good look at your own life before you judge other’s.

No doubt, Tommy needs to grow up! However, I don’t know where to even start with Krista. She is a complete mess…inside and outside. And, that’s the kindest way to put it.

I actually saw Krista and Tommy in Ft. Lauderdale this past week. My husband and I were eating at a really good little restaurant named Primanti Brothers. They came in with an adorable little girl for a pizza to go. They looked very happy together.
It was cool to actually see them in person.
I feel bad for Krista. She’s so gorgeous and she can do so much better. I’m glad she got rid of him though. Hopefully someone comes in her life that deserves to be there.
