Before we tell you our favorite things about this episode…
…you’re gonna have to get through his big sis first! No boys allowed! (Except, not really.)
The first thing we loved about this episode is its main draw:
- Those lie-detector tests
How awesome is it to watch reality show contestants put on the spot and then be made to squirm? I can’t remember the last time I had this much fun since…the first season of Flavor of Love, actually. Not that this show is similar. Entirely different. No one said “Foofy” once!
And so, let’s round up what we learned from this exercise:
Unique’s “classy good-girl image” is a front (since she said it wasn’t, but that was detected as a lie), she’s here for exposure (ditto), she thinks she’s better than everyone else (but at least she’s forthcoming about it!) and she’s lied to Ray before (which she, of course, lied about not having done).
But, you know, at least she looked hot.
Cocktail has cheated, is worried about Unique as her competition (even though she lied that she wasn’t) and is a gold-digger.
At least she picked a guy with gold to dig! There has to be something to be said for honing skills, right?
Chardonnay is not here for Ray’s money, she will stop stripping someday, she doesn’t read (hard to say if this is a matter of circumstance or literacy), she would have sex with at least one of the other girls in the house and she drinks everyday but isn’t an alcoholic. After the test she proved the final point immediately by chugging a drink…
…but not peeing herself after. Triumphant!
And then, there was Danger.
Danger is still in love with one (more more) of her ex-boyfriends, she has dated for money, she’s bi (?), she’s been called unstable, she has never had a restraining order, but she has threatened or tried to physically harm an ex boyfriend. At this point, she broke down:
Oh, Danger, don’t worry. By now your mother’s heard much worse!
In the most shocking turn, she confirmed that she has had thoughts about killing one or more of her competitors. To that, Cocktail says…
…and to that, I say: most appropriate use of a side-eye ever.
Since the girls thought up these questions, when Danger rejoined the group, she told them, “You forgot, ‘Have you ever tried to kill yourself?!’” Since she basically just told us the answer, I get the feeling that she said this not out of sarcasm but genuine disappointment.
But at least it gave her her Oscar moment!
(And yeah, I know Oscars are given out for achievement in film and Emmys are given out for television, but, “At least it gave her her Fox Reality Award moment” didn’t exactly have the proper ring.)
Continuing on with the things we loved about this episode…
- Cocktail’s reaction to Danger breezing by her and sobbing, “Don’t talk to me! Just don’t talk to me!”
Not like she wanted to, anyway!
- Danger, in general
Her opening rant (after she’d told Cocktail not to talk to her), in which she called Unique a “grimy-ass bitch,” and said, “I just don’t like the bitch. She’s a whore. I hate her,” was one for the ages. Her questions for the girls?
Even more juvenile than the rant! And even more juvenile than the questions for the girls were her questions for Ray, especially, “Do you love me?” Who says that unless they’ve already been told it? And can you imagine what would have happened if he said no? Me neither, but I imagine it would have incorporated meat cleavers. Several of them.
Early in the episode, Danger said, “I have a different kinda mind than most people. I don’t know.” Way to not just hit the nail on the head; way to bash in the nail’s brains, girl.

And I quote: “When Cocktail said she needed a man to complete her, that kinda shocked me because I want a strong woman.” Anyone else shocked by this revelation?

But really: he’s 28 and just deliberating over this now? His childhood must have been fraught with confusion. It’s also slightly alarming that he decided to throw a dating competition in his name without having figured this out. Whatever. His show.

Aw, there’s the joker we know and love. He’s much better in the realm of the practical than he with the philosophical (see above).

Ray J is not looing for love he is looking for a bang and a trophy girl and neither one of then deserve it. Unquie is not all that hot and danger is a funny looking cute. I don’t lik the way @#$!!#~_`_+@_!`( tail looks at all. He doesn’t want a real woman he doesn’t even want a black woman. How could he say that his sister input means alot when she told him that Chardonnay was really there for him. Everyone else dropped the ball and failed the test. Duh? He’s just gonna keep hurting girls and have a spin off show. For the love of Ray J 2 and 3. He’s lame anyway and so are the girls that want him except for Chardonnay.

Who ever Ray picks it will NOT last so I cant wait till the reunion show comes on. I like Danger and Chardonnay. Everyone had their flaws so the reunion show should be a blast……………… Ray, heard Danger is getting married to Nick Cannons brother so I guess there will be a for the love of RayJ 2. First i would like to say i think its messed up how you put the girls under the lie detector test,to find out the truth.I thought that relationship suppose to start off as friends you say you don’t like a women that quits but you keep dealing wit unique funny looking !@+%`&$^(%@!*&$ however chardonnay kept it real passed all the questions then you take her on her first an only date and tell her that she real cool and you want to see if she more than just a friend and their pass is there pass,But you put chardonnay off with out getting to know where it could lead are you really looking for love forreal or is this another fake !@+%`&$^(%@!*&$ show where you know you don’t want none of them and there will be another show. Now all you got left is a psyco, a gold-digger and a fake a@$ christian. You do the math, you keep acting like you’re from the keep it real mop, yet you kept all the fake ho’s. I think Ray J has just lost someone so special in this show. Christa was the only resolute and the most sincere girl for him, she was absolutely there for him even though most of the time he didn’t show strong connection like he dose with UNIQUE and a little bit with DANGER. My advice to Ray is, choose wisely… cos you’re now left with only three girls and viewers are watching close. Good luck buddy!!!!

I was finally HAPPY that Christa won a date, but I don’t think it should have been HER LAST! If you can’t hang out and enjoy yourself with your man, he will find someone that will.
I was very DISAPPOINTED in last night’s episode. She was there for LOVE not MONEY.
BUT HE IS PLAYING A GAME, THAT’S WHY THE REAL WOMAN WENT HOME!!
I think what is absolutely hilarious is how punk #@%$ Unique did not want to fight Danger in the boxing ring but is steady acting like she is big and bad after her team lost because of her. If she was all that she would have just gone into the ring….what a poser!! I think he is going to make a bad decision and pick $++#~#!_%##~!&^! tail. I can’t stand her or Unique.
i think unique is real but i don’t like her i think *~~^`$@+*)^(&&&@ tail is sweet i like her and i think danger is crazy but she is my favorite!and they are all going after one man so it’s time to step up there game i mean really would you just GIVE away someone you love NO!

I would like to say I enjoy the show..My fav’s are tail & Danger..why?? because they are, above the rest, honest. I am not sure I would be able to be a brutally honest as Danger was…she hid nothing. She seems to have more emotional issues but give her her due. The blond is a mean spirited person (unique)self centered, and has gotten uglyier with each show…I don’t think tail is weak, I think she justs wants to feel her life is complete in the picture she (all s)have in their head…A man who accepts them as they are and loves them unconditionally. I think Unique is the one for him, because she can keep him grounded and honestly that is what he really needs now. Unique lied and passed on a few questions on the test, but were her lies big fat lies that can harm others or little fibs that she is telling to win the competition (You show me one person who has not lied). I agree with Brandy when she says that Danger has some deep emotional problems, whether or not Unique was right in exposing them the problem is still there. For instance, the new thing that is going around that Danger said she was pregnant for Ray but then said she is not, that is a sign of someone who has issues. Ray must have been having sex with Danger during the show. Why else would he still keep her after the lie detector test confirmed that she really is crazy? Danger has a past of sleeping with a lot of different guys, not to mention running through some of the dudes that were on the football team in college. Ray needs to start thinking with his head and not his, well, you know what.
It is so funny, the same people who dog Chris Brown for ALLEGEDLY beating up Rihanna are the same people who are voting for Ray J to pick Danger. If Danger had a bad past but is still showing emotional issues with her past why are we trying to push her on Ray J. I rather a liar (the show has not shown that she has lied about anything major) or a gold digger (which is also in the past) over someone who MAY try to harm me physically any day (admitted to thoughts or actions in the past). As far as Chardonnay goes, Ray J did not feel a connection with her. You can’t put two people together if one does not feel that way towards the other. It just seemed to me that she was lacking in the conversation area. All the women are attractive so he just has to pick who he thinks will compliment him.

Out of just safety for the other girls, himself, and his family he needed to send Danger home. Christa don’t read, but she was there for him. Hell, he ain’t got to worry about her trying to read them accounting statements, he would’ve been good.

#1. I guess I am going to have to take the Unique classy role here. The point that was being made was that two people should not be together because they make a cute couple or because Danger is so “REAL”. The CB & Rih situation was to reinforce the point that people are saying that those two should not be together because he “ALLEGEDLY” beat her so why would we want someone to be with Ray J who has tendencies (admitted from Danger) to harm someone.
#2. You were not there when the CB & Rih situation went down, so you have no clue of what really happened only what was told to you by the media. Don’t pass judgement, it is NOT cute.

Unique lied I feel that she still a good pick for Ray. Yeah she is older but she can handle the type of fame that he has.
Danger is just that dangerous. At any point in time she can snap. Evidently she has been through a lot and her way of coping is violence I’d hate to to ray on the news as a victim or anyone else in the house including herself. She is young and she need therapy.
The other ladies are nice but not for him so bottom line Unique is and its sad to see Christa go she was a sweetie just not wifey unless she is ICE T’s!
