The next installment of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew isn’t set to hit VH1 for months, but we can reveal the cast of the third season now. Check the shot above, and for more details, check the press release below:
VH1 has once again partnered with Dr. Drew Pinsky for a third season of the hit reality series Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. The series, consisting of eight one-hour episodes, is slated to premiere in early 2010.
Similar to the first two cycles, the third season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew will follow the real-life experiences of celebrity patients undergoing detoxification and treatment at the Pasadena Recovery Center. The show will follow Mackenzie Phillips (One Day At A Time), Heidi Fleiss, Dennis Rodman, Mindy McCready (country music singer), Lisa D’Amato (America’s Next Top Model), Mike Starr (Alice in Chains), Kari Ann Peniche (ex-Miss United States Teen) Joey Kovar (Real World Hollywood), and Tom Sizemore.
The series will chronicle the patients’ intensive 21-day program with both group and one-on-one therapy and non-traditional therapies like art and music. Returning to the show to help Dr. Drew are drug counselor Bob Forrest and resident technician Shelly Sprague who have each spent years on both sides of the rehab fence. Dr. Drew is also bringing in some additional prominent physicians to help him give the patients supplementary one-on-one care.

On Drugs or not why did everyone tip-toe around Carrie-Anne? Someone should have kicked her A@*. She made the show a JOKE and ruined it! There was NO EXCUSE for putting up with her. She was a big mistake to put on the show. She is DISGUSTING and it was disgusting to watch. I wish TOM would have confronted her like he did Mike! Someone needs to put her in her place.
I watched with most interest everyone on the program and thought of the immaturity of ALL the celebrities. GOD did NOT place us on this planet to be so self absorbed and selfish! I pray that everyone involved in this program, celebrities,Dr. Drew,and production staff will step up and wake up to what life throws at ALL of us, no matter who we are. GOD is our creator and HE certainly intends for everyone to have a positive and good journey.
Loved these guys I knew them from tele but now u feel u know them inside and out love those shows.Cheers to the guy who came off the methadone my goodness your a marvel .

everybody is trying to down the optimom, but however many should support her and her 14 children. Why? Because she is doing the best she can to raise her children in a loving and caring environment and only getting 2 hrs. of sleep………..And at least she not out partying while a dead child, her’s, lay somewhere and family members knows who killed the child and even the child’s mom knows.
And worst of all the mother and family members are all not responsible for that child’s death in a court of law, becaused of botched evidence. but in your heart you know the baby’s mom is guilty.
I would just like to say…I think the person who made the comment about Amy Fisher was very cruel. Whatever she did, she has payed a price, and Mary Jo forgave her long ago. Its not up to others to “judge” her. People need to let Amy live her life. I didn’t see the comment(Butttafuco face shooter) funny, nor a joke. I can understand why her husband got so upset. I hope he didn’t end up in legal trouble for it. The man was just defending his wife. Maybe went too far, but I find it understandable.

I am sure you get a lot of emails like this but I am pleading that you please pass this along to Dr.Drew. I honestly believe he may be one of the only people that can save my 24 year old brother. He had a rough upbringing and yet we grew up in an affluent area of Nor Cal and Santa Barbara CA. But around 19 he began to take on this yellow coloring and one night broke down to me (his older sister). He had begun using Oxy-Contin. One of his friends (whose parents were doctors and left their prescription tablets around at home) got him started. OUt of the 4 of them from high school… 1; is on a lifetime of dialysis from Methadone use. 2. one is doing home invasions to support his habit 3. one is now in jail for attempting to rob and essentially nearly killing someone trying to rob them of drugs and 4. then there is my little brother… he went from making a lot of money in his ealry 20′s… great credit score.. flashy BMW.. to buying 3 motorcycles within a month of each other and having 5 major wrecks while high on Oxy. I have attempted to have him at my home with my 4 kids here while trying to help him detox. As well as taking him to 2 separate detox’s n SoCal…. but nothing has worked. On top of this I am dealing with my own Vicodin addiction. :/ My brother needs help…. I have tried to convince him that if I guy would he go… please, please Dr. Drew help us.. help him!
Obviously there are so many other facets to this story… but I am desperate. We are going to lose him within the next 6 months if he does not get help. He is smoking it and shooting it up. PLEASE HELP like I know you can! God Bless.
