It’s been awhile, and Daughtry fans have been patient. But they need some new material from their favorite rocker, and just in the nick of time, to kick off the summer correctly, they’re getting it. The quadruple-platinum rocker premiered “No Surprise” on American Idol a few weeks ago, and now the song’s video is ready to drop. The new CD, Leave This Town, is due on July 14. Be here at VH1.com next Tuesday, June 2, at midnight (that’s 12 am Weds technically), for its premiere. In the meantime, you can get psyched by watching the teaser clip above.

Love the sneak peek…but I find it really funny that the comment I posted earlier wasn’t allowed. All I said was that I wanted people to start realizing that Daughtry was a band, not a one man show…what’s so wrong about that??
