Within the first five minutes of the Season 2 premiere of Brooke Knows Best (above in beautiful HD), Brooke calls her mom out for dating a 19-year-old, and comments on how her father’s current flame looks a lot like…her. Yeah. So, at least they aren’t shying away from the strife and weirdness that has come to define the Hogans’ public profile in the past year.
The second season of Brooke Knows Best premieres Sunday, June 7 at 10/9c on VH1 but, duh, you can watch it above. Check below for a press release with some details of this season…
Hulk Hogan’s little girl, Brooke Hogan returns for a second season of her hit VH1 series Brooke Knows Best. Last season, Brooke broke from the family nest to spread her wings and pursue her career in the music biz and experience life as an adult. Her Miami bachelorette pad is still as hot as ever, while her roomies and best friends, Ashley and Glenn, are still there to keep her company and deal with their own share of growing pains. Brooke finds herself taking a leadership role as she continues to deal with the struggle of mending her broken family and at times, Brooke is unsure she can handle the pressure. Will her career blossom in this unfortunate situation? Only time will tell.
Premiering on VH1 on Sunday, June 7th at 10 PM ET/PT, this second season of Brooke Knows Best will follow Brooke as she copes with the challenges of her family and her continued pursuit for pop superstardom. Family drama has intensified—Mom Linda has a new 20-something boyfriend, Brooke has not spoken to her mother in almost a year, and Dad Hulk has also taken steps to move on with his life with his new girlfriend by his side. And in pure Hulk fashion, he continues to meddle in Brooke’s private affairs as she fights to be respected as an adult. Despite all the drama, Brooke forges forward. She’s preparing for the release of her sophomore album in mid-summer 2009, The Redemption, while roomies Ashley and Glenn keep her as busy as ever. Glenn even takes the girls to Michigan for support as he brings his new boyfriend home to meet the family for the first time.

Boring, Brooke looks like Hulk Hogan with a wig on I think she’s pissed at her mom because her mom looks younger than her and get hotter guys
That must suck Hulk destroying his body to build that house and a 19 year old lives there must really suck for him. Despite all that stuff the Hogans went through that really does suck.
Haven’t been keeping up much on the gossip but didn’t Hulk get himself into this mess by fooling around on his wife? Heck, sure he destroyed his body and a young guy’s living in his house but he should’ve thought all about what he had to lose before cheating.
Not so sure why Brooke has a problem with her mom dating her former classmate. Is it only the age thing? Is she just a daddy’s girl who’ll forgive her dad for anything…but will hold her mom to some supposedly higher standard?
I think brookes mom is ridiculous dating a 19 year old obviousely her children don’t come first she would rather keep a relationship with some kid that won’t last then her daughter i don’t get that. she needs to be more confident in who she is and find a man closer to her age that won’t suck up all her money that she gets from hogan.

I’m disappointed in Brooke. I come from a divorced family as well and I am also divorced myself with a five year old. I think she is acting like an immature brat by going to see her father, becoming friends with his girlfriend yet shunning her mother who has always been there for her and took her side against the Hulk when he was being creepishly controlling. He is NOT the victim in this story! I don’t care about any of them to be honest but fair is fair and she is holding her mother to a totally different standard than she is holding her father to. Grow up Brooke because I promise you, you will make mistakes too. Your Mom will probably be there for you too, when you do. Why can’t you just celebrate that your Mom is happy? Are you jealous?

Let your mother find happiness too and stop being so judgmental. I know what she’s going through because it happened to me. How can you forgive your father for initiating all of this hurt and pain. Maybe things were not great with them but he didn’t have to commit adultery. No excuse.

First, actually I agree with Brooke not going to visit her mom or call and think it is adult like. Second, Hulk did not cheat when he had sexual relations with another. Linda and him had separated for two months. It is stated in one of Linda’s affadavits. They had tried to work out their differences but were unable. I think Linda is the one who needs to grow up. Period. As for the girlfriend looking like Brooke that is just creepy.

i must admit I dont watch your show as much as i did hogan knows best. However I watched the episode when you rode past your old house, and my heart just broke in two. I cant imagine going through all that has happend to you and your family. I can totally understand why you are angry with your mother (i would be the same way if I was in your position). People say “oh age is just a number” but there has to be a limit. I can not see how a 19 yr old would want the same things as someone your mothers age. I can not see WHY a 19 yr old would be interested someone your mothers age. He obviously is just looking for a fling and a quick shot at fame is what i honestly think,and i think your mother is just trying to be younger then she really is. I met your dad last year at the fantasy fishing thing in kissimmee (me and my dad gave him a prayer card).I’ve always been a huge fan of his, and even though he made a mistake…I could see he was trying his best to have a good attitude for his fans, but that he was hurting.I just wanted to hug him. Im praying for you and your family and I hope everything works out ok.

I do NOT understand the difference between hulk hooking up with a 19 year old chick BEFORE the relationship is over. Why is Brook so offended by her mom dating a 19 year old, but her dad can do whatever he wants because he’s a…man? What happened to equal rights for men and women? Brook SUCKS!!!
In the episode where Brooke confronts her mother regarding the dating of a 19 year old, I hurt so much for Brooke. When I heard Linda say to Ashley and Glenn, “There was noone there for ME, I had NOONE.” I realized just how selfish Linda is. Linda seems to think this is ALL ABOUT HER and noone else seems to matter. How sad. How can you fix something when one person refuses to acknowledge the damage she has done to a family?
