Michael Jackson was an amazing artist with both his singing and his dancing. His physical presense will be greatly missed here in this world but his legacy and his music will continue on. You will never be forgotten Michael. Rest in peace with our Lord and Savior. My deepest thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

The memorial was buetiful. It will always be remembered. He will never be forgotten. What everyone said about him was an enlightment to me. I started to cry during and after the memorial. What really moved me was when his daughter Paris spoke. Whether dead or alive he will always be the King of Pop. I will really miss him alot. My blessings go out to his family and childern.

Several of the most memorable and happy moments of my childhood are due in whole or in part to Mr. Michael Jackson. Dancing to “Bad” in the living room, wearing my teddy bear’s fedora and trying to imitate and mimic Michael’s performance of “Billie Jean” at Motown 25, watching “Moonwalker” on VHS time and time and time again, I had a “Human Nature” folder, and a Colorform set. I idolized him and wanted to be him as a child. Today, it’s sunk in. I feel like I lost someone I grew up with; a friend i’ve never met personally, but nevertheless felt a connection with. I regret never getting the opportunity to see MJ perform in concert. After all i’ve seen it’s hard to believe he has gone from this world however his powerfully honest, vulnerable, heartfelt, and passionate music and nature will live on and continue to deliver sweet nostalgia, fun and smiles to me and his other fans throughout the world for generations to come. He will be deeply missed, celebrated, and loved by those of us he left behind.

RIP Michael

Michael Jackson was the most benevolent celebrity the world has ever seen. He is, personally, one of my biggest influences as a dancer. He was a genius. He’s a music LEGEND and ALWAYS will be. He was amazing. His level of talent was EXTRAORDINARY and only comes around once in a lifetime. I promise you will never find any performer that is as talented as him. He was an exceptional dancer, singer, businessman, father, and friend. Not only did his talent outshine everyone and he is, without a doubt, the most talented performer in the world, but he was the most giving and generous man in Hollywood. Michael, you will be missed but ALWAYS remembered. Your music will live on and touch the hearts of coming generations forever.

Gina July 7, 2009 at 11:44 pm

Michael rest in peace, you are an exceptional person and will be missed deeply. God has a plan and its not for us to understand but only accept. You are were you are meant to be right know even though we don’t agree. God bless you and your family at this difficult time especially your children.

MICHAEL JACKSON
“THE KING OF POP”

A STAR HAS FALLEN;; A GENIUS NO MORE…
HIS MUSICAL TOUCH;; EMBRACED US SO MUCH…
HIS WORDS OF WONDER;; WE ALL WOULD PONDER…
HIS CHILDHOOD WAS TAKEN;; NEVER GIVIN’ BACK…
HIS MUSIC AMAZED US;; A SMILE IT WOULD CRACK…
HIS APPEARANCE MEANT NOTHING;; HIS LAUGHTER AND SMILE WAS THE BEST…
MICHAEL JACKSON;; REST IN PEACE;;
AS YOUR HEART, MIND, BODY AND SOUL HAVE FINALLY BEEN LAID TO REST.

R.I.P AUGUST 29TH 1958 – JUNE 25TH 2009

“GOD NEEDED AN ANGEL;; WELL I GOTTA SAY..
HE CHOSE THE BEST… RISING ABOVE US ALL…
AS A MUSICAL GENIUS IS BEING LAID TO REST”

“I JUDGED YOU NOT ON YOUR APPEARANCE;; BUT ON YOUR KINDNESS AND HUMANITY…
LOOKS CAN BE DECIEVING… YOU WERE THE ONE TO PROVE THEM WRONG…
JUST KNOW THAT WITHIN ME;; YOUR MUSIC AND SOUL SHALL LIVE ON”

One of my earliest childhood memories is trying to mimick Michael’s every dance move from the Billie Jean video, I never could stand on my toes. Thank you Michael for capturing our imagination, may you rest in peace.

Nick July 8, 2009 at 12:03 am

I remember singing “We Are the World” during morning music in elementary school. I never realized how important it was to sing such a powerful song. RIP Michael

He was a gift to this world to help us make it a more loving place. Now, heaven has one of it’s angels back! Rest in peace… Michael Jackson.

Gabe Videla July 8, 2009 at 12:57 am

Those who have posted negative and heartless comments about Michael Jackson, know nothing of the man they mock and try to tear down. He was very simply a kind, sensitive, gentle, caring and compassionate young man who loved people, especially kids. His love of children was not perverse it was sparked by a childlike quality that exuded from him that if one looked closely showed a part of his life he never had the chance to experience as he grew so quickly into fame. He lived that childhood through his many young friends and it was the driving force that motivated him to create Neverland his playground where he and his friends could play.

Michael gave so generously of his fame and his financial resources unlike any other performer until he couldn’t give anymore. His loss leaves an incredible void in the field of Entertainment, but he left us with memories and a legacy of indelible images of this handsome and God gifted performer that made him the greatest entertainer in history. He was simply the best!

As one who had the unique opportunity to have a one on one meeting with Michael and a young friend he brought to my office in the late 80′s, I can honestly say that those 30 minutes or so we had together are forever etched in my mind. I’m a fan who loved his music, danced to it and who to this day at 65 years of age feel like a young man when I turn on Michael’s music.

I will miss him…..

It’s sad to know that such an amazing artist is not able to share his musical genius. Michael left behind countless fans, his family, and his children. He will always be remembered though. He has made a lasting impression on me, and on many others.

You have given to us the GREATEST gift …besides your music and dancing;that is your LOVE in its purest form. I hope you felt the love we (the fans) have for you unconditonally, without limitations. Michael my heart aches, however my spirit rejoices. I love you.

Ryan July 8, 2009 at 3:13 am

Michael, you’ve inspired me throughout my life, and I know that you will continue to inspire generations to come. I love you, and always will.

Courtney July 8, 2009 at 3:54 am

Micheal was actually one of my first crushes as a child. He always had a beautiful smile and I loved the way he entertained. Whenever he started dancing and singing he did it with so much energy and passion. He never failed to draw the attention of others. I was in aw. I always wondered what made this one person so amazing and why he moved so many people the way he did.

Some of the earliest memories I have are of my mom playing Michael Jackson on the radio…. He was one of the biggest inspirations in my life, his music helped bring on my love of music….

I feel its a shame all the rumors and negativity that has surrounded him these past few years…. I don’t honestly believe any of the rumors.. Just because he was an adult in the flesh doesnt mean that he was in his mind, we all must remember that he did not have a normal childhood.. did anyone actually think about that when they first noticed the difference in him.

Whether or not any of the rumors are true doesnt mean that he wasnt a genius with his music… anyone that does not want to post positive posts on this should remember that… What did or did not happen in the past few years does not reflect what we all saw throughout the countless years of him being the king of pop..

tata July 8, 2009 at 5:24 am
