He will be searching the globe for the one assistant who is up to the demanding, yet rewarding task of working for one of the world’s most high-profile CEOs. A batch of 11 new hopefuls will be granted the opportunity to battle it out for the toughest and most rewarding of jobs in “the business.” This time, the challenges will only get harder. Each one-hour episode showcases a range of challenges, many based on the real life experiences of Diddy’s previous assistants. In addition to completing these tasks, the applicants must also do their best to impress an intimidating panel of judges: renowned business entrepreneur and Founder and President of Uptown Records Andre Harrell, Diddy’s ultimate henchman, Bad Boy executive Phil Robinson and Global Brand Director for Sean “Diddy” Combs Capricorn Clark. Throughout the series Diddy will share his business acumen with viewers by setting up a series of challenges that test the skills of business efficiency and perseverance.

OMG….the ratings are in the garbage pail right now….WHY is Ivory still on….I think you’ll see higher ratings once she is OFF the show!

After watching the show where Diddy sends everyone for a spiritual journey, i feel that Diddy is acomplishing a lot than just hiring somebody! The way they connected with their source was remarkable!

I love the reality show “I want to work for diddy”. I must admit every week I select a different person to win. First I wanted Dalen (ambitious and quick witted skimmer), then I wanted Ebony (tough and smart) then Daniel (very loyal and personable). Ivory (go getter and fast talker) is also in the race. I think the qualities Mr. Combs is looking for is loyalty, think fast and smart and I think the most important thing is if you do not know the answer you must know where to look and who to ask to get the answer. A wise manager once told me that he was a millionaire and he the secret to being a successful manager is admitting you are not an expert in every area but being smart and finding experts and smart people to delegate to and get the job done. He said he had to be humble sometimes and sit back and let someone else think they are taking the lead.

I think the winner will be what Mr. Combs considers important- Is it loyalty- a fast talker – fast thinker or combination of all of these qualities.

Dallen is an aszzhole and I hope he gets kicked off , no feelings and self centered

Juan4u2know December 21, 2009 at 4:20 pm

I was all for Dalen. I loved the way he dressed, and carried himself. When he said that he wished Poprah aka Kim had died in the fire when she was five, I lost all respect for the man. How could you say something so vile? We have control of two things in our life; our image and our integrity. It’s obvious that Dalen has worked so hard on his image, that he has lost his integrity. Glad to see you go!

On the episode where the contestants had to organize the fashion for Sean John; Poprah made an +@%)~`~!(++)+~) essment of Daniel referring to him as a politician. In her confessional Poprah made fun of Dan and started humming the “Traditional Wedding March” when she should have been humming “Hail to the Chief,” what an idiot!

Also, note to Ivory it is not a compliment when someone says, ” I see alot of myself in you” when the person making that comment is Poprah.

On the episode where the contestants were charged with the responsibility of organizing a fashion show for Sean John; Poprah referred to Dan as a “politician.” In her confessional she made fun of Dan calling him a diplomat while humming what she beleived to be “Hail to the Chief” in reality she was humming the traditional “wedding March.” Poprah is such an idiot.

Also, note to Ebony: It is NOT a compliment when someone says, “I see alot of myself in you,” when the person making the statement is Poprah.

With the party challenge this is what should have happened for the music, theme, and how the models should have came in. They should have a DJ, and when they introduce the models they should play the intro to “Run this Town,” the Jay-Z joint featuring Rihanna. The intro from the beginning to when Rihanna starts to sing to the end when says “…is who’s gonna run this town TONIGHT” because the theme of the show is “We Run The Night.” Now just when Rihanna says …run this town tonight, the DJ should switch to the Quiet Storm Mobb Deep beat and the the model should walk out in all black or some fly ()`@$`^)^@((__~ black Sean Jean outfit. Yeah that Quiet Storm, with the thunder and rain pouring on that track. And in the middle of that playing have Jay-Z’s lyric “All Black Everything” a couple of times and after the lyric mixed into the Quiet Storm beat, mix in Rihanna with “We gonna run this town” so:

1. Rihanna “Run this Town” Intro only (No models)

2. Quiet Storm instrumental after Rihanna says …TONIGHT, then the models walk out.

3. While the models are modeling the DJ mix in “All Black Everything” in the Quiet Storm beat and at the end of that mix ( maybe 2 or 3 at a time) Rihanna with “We gonna run this town.

Just an idea, I thought would have been cool.

For Mike: Poprah didn’t turn on Diddy. How is his and her relationship grouped with “Turncoats?”

kblog December 28, 2009 at 11:41 pm

Good luck ebony!!!

I thought the show was very funny. I only watch because of Ivory. Daniel is Capricorn favorite. It was wrong to send Ivory home. Cap & Ebony talks about the ball that’s was in the past.
Facts: The fashion was the biggest problem and Ebony was in charge. Daniel Looks the part but lacks experience.

Capricorn why are you acting like the contestant. You do not need to be shouting at Ivory. You are the professional?

I was disappointed 2 c mizz ivery go home she was a go getter diddy gonna miss out mizz ivery was truley the one 4 the job dan is a lame and ebony is a giant just keeping it real

JMarie December 29, 2009 at 9:31 am

I really think a mistake was made last night. Ivory should not have gone home. This girl has the “lets get it done” attitude. I truly think she would have been an __`#&`!%^*`@!(& et to Diddy. While I think the other two are good contestants, Ivory wanted and deserved this more than anyone. She made a mistake in the past, so what. Just like one of the judges said he thinks Daniel could grow if given the opportunity, so could Ivory. She needed the opportunity to grow.

Nina December 29, 2009 at 3:28 pm

I truly hope that when Ivory takes a look at last nights episode she has a change of heart. I hope this turns her around because it was ugly to see her behavior. When the mentioned the excercise ball, even Capricorn’s face was disgusted. There is no i in team.

Karega McCoy December 29, 2009 at 7:49 pm

I was glad to see Ivory go. She thought she was so qualified, but she was really garbage. She should have not had any problem busting her *~%+#@`+!+_&&(^ to succeed since everything was recorded. If she was so great then she should have just submitted her resume as a regular applicant instead of being on a reality show.

Stephon January 4, 2010 at 11:45 pm

Daniel was clearly the blue ribbon winner. I like the part a few weeks ago when Ebony suggests, during an aside moment, that Diddy take his kid out to get french toast when she was supposed to cook it for him. Nice, I can see the sort of employee that Bad Boy seeks. Daniel coming in second place makes about as much sense as when Diddy allowed Danity Kane to break up

kwan January 5, 2010 at 12:04 pm

yayyyyyy ebony won and to stephon umm dude did you not see her puting the bread in the skillet and cookiing it IDIOT…she told dude to go pick pu texas toast which is a type of bread she didnt order the food…bottom line he was on the fence and you can’t deny ebony’s speech was da ish i felt like i was in church for a minute her passion in that moment surpassed daniels sorry dude EVEN THOUGH IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE OF A BETTER FINALE WITH EBONY AND IVORY AT THE END I’M GLAD SHE WON

Jae January 5, 2010 at 1:35 pm

I have a question. I’m almost sure I wasn’t the only one that noticed this, and it may not mean anything. Last night at the end of the finale after Diddy chose the winner he shook Daniels hand. As a matter of fact they all did. Well after each hand shake Daniel wiped his hand off on his pant leg. I found that very unusual. Then after hugging Ebony, with the right hand in a fist and left hand open for a pat on the back, he then wiped the left arm against his body. Again not sure what that was about I just found it very unusual. CONGRADULATIONS TO EBONY!!

charles January 7, 2010 at 5:47 am

Diddy made the wrong decision!!! It should’ve been Daniel!

Crystal January 7, 2010 at 4:22 pm

I am so happy for Ebony, she is dammn good!! Love her she represent herself extremely well. That’s the type of person Diddy wants to work for him. She is the right choice. Daniel was good but Ebony was better. Daniel keep on fighting the good fight man.

I was so happy when Ivory was eliminated from the competition, she should have left already

Ebony oh my gosh she is so sexy! i wanna be with hur so bad call me ebo

kevin January 13, 2010 at 3:17 pm

call me ebony i’m your future husband

Ellen February 5, 2010 at 8:04 pm

I have enjoyed watching the program, and I have grown to respect and appreciate Diddy. I like what Diddy did in one of the pass program when he stop the plane and hired Michael. That really revealed to me the passionate man that Diddy is. He is very fair if one proves oneself. Way to go keep up the good work…….

Sierra Rowell February 12, 2010 at 8:30 pm

Ebony is a man. She grossed Diddy out with those toes. I quote from my baby Diddy, “Her toes look like chewed Raisinets!” LOL

Pearl April 25, 2010 at 7:42 pm

I think Ebony was hired out of Diddy thinking of his mom. Both she and Daniel lied a lot on Ivory…it was as though they were working a scam because Ivory is strong but worked hard..sure she had flaws like all of us, but even Capricorn was terrible towards her and is lacking of people skills she and the heavy set girl w/the curly hair.

Neither of them make for good representation to introduce your family to or take into a Classical situation. Sorry, but it’s true…If you want a good product, get a good and productive supervision, Sean Combs…I love your show and it makes Donald Trump look like the mouth piece he is…you asked for reas world qualification such as, spelling, typing (watching out for the red lines, commas, periods, nouns, pronouns, not walking barefeet in an office, how to call business people on the phone.) You are truly an educated man and by the way also, Kudos to your acceptance speech as the successful Entreprenuer. I especailly love the intro of your mother and was so proud of you. Hire people that compliment you. The men are fine who perform the final analysis. Bless you and your mom and kids.
