We often see people attempting to give up their vice on VH1, but rarely without the help of Dr. Drew. Marcia did just that, though, when she successfully gave up alcohol on Charm School. Below, the runner-up talks about going cold turkey, whether she started drinking again after the show and her many altercations with her fellow Charm School students.
July 2009
After finally opening up during her speech, Risky takes it and wins Charm School with Ricki Lake! Below, the graduate talks about learning to open up, whether strategy came into play during her time on the show, her post-show boob job, and what she plans to do with the $100,00.
Spoiler alert!
Dave-Slash-12-Pack is obviously no stranger to reality shows, not even dating ones. Below, I Love New York/I Love Money vet talks about why Daisy of Love was his favorite, his heartbreak, his supposed bromance with Flex and his post-show contact with Daisy.
If it seemed like Flex wasn’t too worked up about not being Daisy’s choice on the Daisy of Love finale, it’s because he wasn’t. In fact, he wasn’t that into her at all. Or at least, that’s what he told us in his post-show interview. Also discussed below: his 12 Pack “bromance,” his fear of pooping around cameras, being referred to as a “god” by his fans, and his casual use of gay slurs.
Since London/Joshua Lee/a real f***ing person lives in the New York area, we had him in the office for a video interview. In the clip above, he talks about whether he’s still together with Daisy and dealing with a reality TV relationship after reality TV.
The next clip is all about his leaving and returning to the show (fun fact: all told, he was only gone for a week)…
Spoiler alert!
If your day isn’t ridiculous enough yet, surely the five minutes above will do the trick. Real Chance of Love 2: Back in the Saddle premieres Monday, August 3 at 9/8c. If you weren’t already excited for it, you must be now, right?
Here’s a refresher on the 20 ladies set to compete for the hearts of Real and Chance during this second time at the rodeo. And since the supertrailer is cut at such a high velocity (as supertrailers tend to be), a few things you may want to reflect on have been screencapped and animated below…

The three-day All Points West Festival appeared to take a hit when the Beastie Boys pulled out after Adam Yauch disclosed that he has parotid gland cancer. (Don’t freak out. It’s “very treatable.”) But all is not lost. In fact, some will be thrilled that Jay-Z is replacing the Beasties as the headliner on Friday, July 31.
As a coincidental bonus, MGMT is on the same bill and the two collaborated for the jigga man’s forthcoming album, Blueprint 3. Can we expect a sneak peek of their new song? We’re betting on it.
The festival runs from Friday, July 31 through Sunday, August 2 at New Jersey’s Liberty State Park. If you can’t attend, tune in this fall to Palladia to watch highlights from the festival — in high-def, no less.
Additional performers include the YeahYeahYeahs, Vampire Weekend, Tool, My Bloody Valentine, Gogol Bordello and theArctic Monkeys. Get the full lineup after the jump.
