Our favorite thing about the Celebrity Rehab 4 Reunion? Getting to see the cast’s reactions to the audience’s reactions. During Frankie’s segment, Dr. Drew and Janice took audience members to task for laughing at Frankie’s antics (presumably her rant on her triggers of people, places and things, and/or her dubbing of Jason Davis as the “king of irritation”). Frankie seemed on board with this sentiment, too…until she declared those scenes not funny but “hilarious.” Wait, what? Also revealed: Frankie has moved on from liquor to a drink they took off the market. Is this Frankie’s declaration of love for Four Loko?
A close runner-up to this clip for the highlight of the night? Janice’s diatribe on concern (featuring Frankie explain that she wasn’t available for contact because her phone fell in the toilet). Check out more clips from the special live broadcast at its video page.

Does Frankie have even the slightest idea how much danger she is in? She has an excuse for everything and is copping the classic ‘I can’t go to meetings because I am helping my family though a crisis’ BS. Ever notice how we always portray ourselves as heroic and self-sacrificing so we can keep our options to use open?
WHY was it not addressed on the Reunion that Jason Davis had entered rehab..then left..and O’D as recently as a couple weeks ago????
And then his supposedly room-mate (the other Jason) said Davis was doing OKAY???
I find it difficult to believe anything Jason Davis says to be “truth”…
He desperately STILL needs HELP…
I only have a small comment. I was born and raised in Chicago. And, we are a melting pot of people. Purple, Red, Green, Yellow and White. But I could see, in this last episode, which I was glued… that K. Cole’s mom – had a hard time fitting in – with your celebrity status wise, but racially, AND she was extra out going. Being movie stars and california type people, your not used to reality. But she was real and loving in every way. AND the long short of this – is I AM so proud of EVERY one of those A, B, C, D or whatever you call yourself “list” people .. ” A celebrity “.. because, you all embraced her and were REAL. Awesome. Love Penny from Chicago. PS…. Leif… is A List.. By the way kisses
I very happy for Frankie.. but honey your still making excuses.. I undersatnd totally that your having a family cisis. but you can still maks a 12 step meeting.. remember even if you take a drink and just because its not hard liqour it is still a triger for you.
Janice, you look great and keep up the great work…
and to all God Bless…
This episode had none of the excitement or drama of the actual season. I felt that because it was LIVE, no one was required to be honest. Say what you will about Davis and Frankie, but Leif was hiding something. He made sure you could not see his eyes and barely said a word. Was he high and did not think the rest of us would notice?
Hopefully, later down the road, he will be able to accept the help he needs to get better. His mom so sick with cancer and all the emotional grief is probably making it harder for him to get sober alone.
These celebrities are amazing people. I hope they realize that as much as I can see it.
I have watched as many episodes of the Dr. Drew show not because of the celebrities but just to learn. I am happy for all the celebrities who make it through this disease but it’s for the rest of life: and addiction is so biological you know. This is no criticism whatsoever—-that these celebrities have the chance and enough money to go to rehab. It’s really not available to the normal middle class person—–only out patient type programs are offered even with the best medical providers. So keep the TV program going it helps us to learn.
Why were some of Jason Davis’ comments not aired?
As I woke up today I see that Jason Davis has been arrested. I am not surprised. His umbrella has the word vague all over it. I too, as a previous writer said, thought that Leif was hiding something (black hat and glasses where you can’t see his eyes?), and not being a Bob Forrest wannabe that they wanted us to think. Sad, though. Rachel is the head of this class of graduates. I hope she and Amber become good friends from their exchange. Frankie? Well, having just watched the “Ted Williams” crash and burn, I suspect she doesn’t have any shelf life of sobriety or cleanness in her future. All blah blah and no substance. Lots of similarities in their stories. The cellphone fell in the toilet? And she doesn’t know how to email? Puhleez. I’m sober 23 years and I’m always astonished when an addict, at a meeting, rationalizes drinking after giving up something ‘harder’. It doesn’t work that way. Triggers are triggers. Like clubbing and hanging out with people who continue to use. Once a pickle, you can’t go back to being a cucumber. I liked the other alumni in the audience that have remained sober and clean. A good message. Like when they had the three come back on one of the shows (I really love Tom’s sharing from the heart). Thanks Janice for being the one in charge of laughing. Thank goodness she chastised the audience. I hope she comes to see herself and wince at ‘how she used to be.’ Shelly, you rock! And Dr. Drew, was it live?
How is Rachael Uchitel a celebrity? She is just a female that slept her way into the head lines.
Why cant you help regular people. Do you have to make them a celebrity before you will help them?
I need help, but I am not a celebrity and can not afford rehab..
Come on Dr. Drew, help us non celebrities.. Or make me famous and then help me.
Do you really get into helping people (celebrities) or are you strictly doing this for the money?
There are many of us who are not celebrity material (or have or had money) and need the help.
Dr Drew!
I love you and the energy you have. You obviously have such empathy for people period! One criticism.
Let people know that there is another support group, Lifering, that is also a great support group for addicts. Anything positive that improves peoples lives, is positive, and keeps people off drugs, alcohol, and other addictive tendencies, is a good thing. At least do the research and add it to your repertoire! I love what you do for people!!! Thanks for reading my post! Brendan
I wish i knew where to post a statement to actress Sean Young. A woman I watched on the screen for many years and who I feel so much compassion for. In the 1990′s i watched all her movies and always admired her looks and talent. Watching her on Celeb Rehab makes me realize that she is more than that and I am moved so much by her heartfelt openness and admittance of ‘not being perfect’. i have to say as a fan only, not in the business that i have more respect for her talking to the public and i only wish for her the best. i have been looking for a place to write her directly and just leyt her know that she has nothing to be ashamed of. in fact heat hollywood should be ashamed of themselves for taking away her lack of confidence when it is clear that her talent far exceeds the many “fake” actresses in Hollywood. I wish nothing but the best for her and if she ever comes back to HW i will stand tall and route for her success.
