We’ve got a few court-related updates to share with you about some members of the extended VH1 family. As you may recall, Celebrity Rehab 4 star Jason Davis was arrested back in January for heroin possession some 24 hours after appearing on the CR4 reunion show. Well, Davis appeared in an Orange County courtroom earlier today and plead not guilty to felony heroin possession charges, as well as to two other minor drug charges. A trial date has not been set yet, but if convicted, Davis could serve up to three years behind bars.

Meanwhile, Rock Of Love 2 star Megan Hauserman was finally asked to enter her plea in a Miami courtroom today in connection to her April 2010 arrest on DUI charges. Rather than press her luck with the judge, TMZ reports that Hauserman struck a plea deal with prosecutors that will allow her to avoid jail time in exchange for six months of probation, 100 hours of community service, a suspended driver’s license and a $1,000 fine.

    Dr. Drew:
I have just finished watching Episode 4 of Season 4. Janice and “Poptart” have monopolized all four episodes and the viewers have seen nothing regarding other patients and their progress. Having these two struggle for attention has made me, for one, not watch the rest of the season. In future episodes, perhaps you could pair up those who want to focus on recovery rather than some self-centered washed up stars who only antagonize the rest of the group.

I loved Season 3 — except for the little girl who is much like Janice Dickinson and the celebrity paper girl — who dropped in at the last minute. She needed to be with other immature juveniles so they could all relate and struggle for attention.

These antagonistic people undermine the other patients’ mental stability. Surely you can see that. Maybe Jerry Springer can host your rejects.
