Get An Early Listen Of Lady Antebellum’s New Single, “Just a Kiss”

Lady Antebellum, the country trio who completed their pop crossover with a single Grammy performance—a medley of “If You Don’t Know Me By Now” (in tribute to the late Teddy Pendergrass), “American Honey,” and 2011 Song and Record of the Year “Need You Now” (which later bypassed Taylor Swift‘s “Love Story” to become the most downloaded country song of all time)—are back with “Just a Kiss,” the first single off their as-yet-untitled third studio album.

Tentative and hopeful, “Just a Kiss” is perhaps the positive flipside to the desperation of “Need You Know.” Lady A previewed the single at Divas Nashvegas, a benefit show last Friday night for Nashville’s Oasis Center, and will perform the song live on the American Idol results show tomorrow night.

Need You Now is more pop and Just a Kiss more country. However, I like them both and am an Antebellum fan.
