Take A Head-To-Toe Look At Yandy Smith’s Business Chic Style

|

In addition to being a TV star and a music manager, Love And Hip Hop star Yandy Smith is a fashion entrepreneur. In our Head To Toe style feature with Yandy, she discusses her style, which she calls “business chic,” and part of her business includes her jewelry line called Everything Girls Love. All of Yandy’s accessories come from her line, but when it comes to clothing, she goes high fashion, rocking the Alexander McQueen. We love how Yandy can combine her goofy personality with her head for business, like when she tells us one minute that her dress “just lays on my booty nice,” and then in the next breath she tells us to “dress for the job you want, not the job you have.” She’s like a seminar in how to keep things fun when you’re keeping it professional. For more shots of Yandy’s Head To Toe style, check out the gallery below, too.

Hi Yandy: I think you’re very chic, very glamourous. I can see why Chrissy is intimidated by your working for her man.

  2. Shona says:

Yandy is a beautiful girl with a lot to offer….I think she would like to have ofered it to Jim and never expected Chrissy to ever ge a proposal but never the less she can’t seem to get a handle on her mouth and her and her actions. You knew you overstepped your bounderies when you used that terrible judgement of yours to do every nurtful thing to Chrissy you could think of. You are a professional and want to be viewed as such, but you keep letting personal feelings and opinions find their way into your professional life. As a manager youare expected to beave and carry yourself in a certain manner and the things that you did were deffinately not professional and had no place in the business of you and Jim Jones. Would you use the same judgement with your other artists?, or even if your friendship with Kimbella was to fall apart and you work for her life partner, would you do the same things in that situation or would you remain impartial and keep it businesslike? The careerfield that I am in restricts us from having an overly personal relationship with our clients becuase of the possibilities of it going wrong and affecting the job, and it is hard to seperate work from the relationship. My job/career means more to me than having a friend and I choose to learn from past mistakes and avoid getting too personal for the sake of the business relationship. I spent too much time, effort, and money getiing the education and degree to throw it away for bad gifts, misjudgment, and hurt feelings. You made a name for yourself and have the ability to work with some really great artists don’t let one damaged relatonship and some hurt feelings get in the way of your career. Be the bigger person and reach out to Jim and his fiance` and please no more emails or jokes or sarcasm, just be genuine and straight forward and squash the beef with a true appology and leave things on good terms for the sake of the past realtionship and your professional relationship.

  4. Liz Cannon says:

Yandy I like’d you on the show but noone like chrissy in my city or maybe the state of Washington. Chrissy is very jealous you because you have a lot going on in your live. She has no check coming in, and she don’t know what going to happen with Jim “maybe” business. Yandy keep making your MONEY!
