“In my mind, I hit her a hundred times. But I have self-control and I’m not gonna bring myself to that level,” Kesha Nichols told the Breakfast Club today when she appeared on their radio show to talk about Basketball Wives and her spat with Tami Roman. Kesha discussed how angry it made her to see Tami take her purse and go through her phone with the gang, but she explains that she never let things get physical because it meant more to her to walk away from the situation with self-respect and pride that she didn’t stoop to that level. She also has a few choice words for everyone else in the cast, and addresses Shaunie‘s comments about the three people who shouldn’t come back to the show. Watch the clip above.
It is truly terrifying that Tami Roman has children, is the father so bad that SHE would be allowed to parent? I don’t really mind these women acting so low class and a phenomenon I have NEVER seen in daily life, but then you understand they are a parent and it makes me want to cry. I would call Tami “ghetto’ but there are people in Ghettos that are striving to be better and Miss Roman showed her true bully colors at the reunion. Dear God W/ HER “i ACKNOWLEDGE, I have already acknowledged” . There is no remorse in her tone or delivery. Was the goofy host even to afraid “TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT’ Tami was continuing to Bully, Hate ? It was so condescending to everyone, and it is hard to use condescending in reference to Tami, because how can you act superior when you are so far in the gutter!
Kesha, Tami is a bully plain and simple…And the most scary part about her is that she justifies her actions by calling it “a message” and then shows no remorse. Her admittance for being wrong in her actions was only because of the backlash from fans and the media. You did the right thing by keeping your distance from Tami in Tahiti because she is a violent alcoholic predator. I wish you would’ve called the police on her because she needs a reality check….In reality Tami would have a diagnosis of a Substance Related Mood Disorder, Depression and a rule out of Bipolar Disorder NOS…..Trust me!

It is clear that Tami has a problem with alcohol that increases her mental concerns. Someone with this type of mental disorder will not be able to identify her actions or take responsibility for them. This was a clear case of bullying, I also agree that the women that watched without stopping Tami’s rants and actions were also bullies. How sad that women that have access to this type of media would not project a better image of themselves and use this opportunity to touch the lives of people in a more positive manner. We will forget about these women once this show is over, how sad is that when they could have gone down in history as positive motivating leaders and examples in our community.
I think Tammi is a hot mess!!! And Shaunie should be a real friend and tell her that sugar, honey, ice tea is not right.. Instead of blaming(basically) the non violent for Tammi and Evelyn(i still like her) actions. Let someone smack her in the face, what would Shaunie do?????

Kesha handled the Tahiti situation with Troubled Tami correctly–that is by not cursing her or trying to fight her. You don’t fight with someone crazy, even if you could whip her. Fighting is ghetto and makes anyone who does it look bad. Now, if you are hit first and/or backed into a corner, that is different. Also, educated people “don’t take the law into their own hands”, they take it to court. Tami is very troubled. If she doesn’t get serious help, there will be blood shed. But I have a feeling she won’t take that mess to the “real hood”. She picked on Kesha because she thought K was weak and helpless. Kesha, you are right not to go back on the show. It saddens me that these nasty women are being rewarded with spin offs and comedy shows after behaving like horrible human beings. You have class and dignity. You clearly were brought up the right way and that is a credit to your loving family.
Sometimes it’s hard being a light skinned black woman in the black community; some how we are seen as “not black enough” and subjected to intra-racism by our darker skinned sisters. The hair pulling, being called ‘bougie, wannabe, or ‘you think you white’, are all nasty comments I remember hearing growing up and sometimes still. If we voiced our concerns we are told we are “too sensitive”. But all black women are not like that. My best friend of 30 year is a darker skinned sister. So, don’t lose faith in the sistah’s, there are plenty of good ones. Good luck and best wishes.

Hi Kesha, proud of you, stand up for what you believe, their’s always going to be rough neck woman like Tammi and other’s on this blog that wants to call you out because the color of your skin or hair. Are we still in slavery days, house blacks aganist the fleid blacks, we are one race that come in different shades of colors people! Of course we were upset when Tammi hit Meeka and even when Evenyln fought Tammi, but that’s where the old saying comes from the straw that broke the camel back, enough is enough. Keisha is not and has never been scared like slimy scary Shaunie says. Slimy shaunie is the scared ho who risk her own reputation to protect those wilderbeasts, Eve and Tami. Keisha refused to ask for or apologize to terrible tami on the island. Only after others begged her to she asked tami for her purse. Keisha is not stupid either. She knows not to try to reason with the unreasonable or fight with a savage beast.
I appreciate Keisha being open and honest during the interview. She made no secret that she felt that not only is tammi a bully but SO WAS EVERYONE WHO SIT AT THE TABLE AND WATCHED and on the BUS WHEN TAMMI WENT THRU HER PHONE. So Evilyn, Shaunie and Suzie that mean you lowdown heifers too. I imagine these wretched hos will not be too happy with hearing that but nobody cares LOL. I am so PROUD of Keisha for not being scared!
Hey Kesha, if BBW producers were smart, they would have shown Royce and your charity events during the reunion but like they proved to the brilliant viewers, they sure are stupid. I come from a single parent family my father left my mother because she did not have any boys (we are 14 girls and we all have girls funny huh?) so you are what strong black women are good job for handling yourself like the star you are.
I have read some of the blogs talking about you standing for yourself, personally I think that getting into an argument with that thing TAMI would have been useless. Know that you have a sea of fans probably more than EVILN, TAMI, SHAUNIE and STUPID SUZIE just because you handled yourself with class and grace something none of them will ever have in life.
