Black Ink Crew, which premieres on January 7th at 9 p.m. ET/PT, follows the lives of the employees at Harlem’s most popular tattoo shop, Black Ink. The group is talented, hilarious, dramatic, and a little crazy, as you can see. But the important thing to remember, as tattoo artist Puma says, is “At the end of the day, we’re family.
