Stevie Ryan is a chameleon on TV, she has the ability to morph into just about any pop culture figure in order to put them on blast and parody their behavior and fame. But now that we’ve seen Stevie in person, we’d like to see more of her regular old self, please. The comedian is one of those people whose good looks are almost annoying, but the fact that she’s willing to make fun of herself along with all the characters she plays makes us forgive her. Take a peek at our Style Seen photo shoot with Ms. Ryan for some close-up shots of this lovely lady.
Stevie TV airs Sunday nights at 11 p.m. ET/PT.
Stevie Ryan is the eponymous star of VH1’s new sketch comedy show, Stevie TV, but it sounds like she kinda wants it to be Stevie and Drita TV. In this interview with Big Morning Buzz Live host Carrie Keagan, Ryan talked about meeting Mob Wives star Drita D’Avanzo and said she was initially terrified. “The one person that will probably successfully knock me out would be Drita,” she says. We don’t blame her, it could be a touchy situation meeting a person you’re impersonating. Luckily, it went well. “She was so awesome and such a good sport about it and she just loves the show…We’re slightly in love. Or at least, I am.”
After the jump, check out the photo that Ryan posted on Twitter which further proves her point. Stevie TV airs Sundays at 11 p.m. ET/PT.
We know that often times, reality shows can come across as a little too plotted out or seemingly fake, but in this sneak peek from the upcoming episode of Mob Wives is anything but contrived. The next couple of episodes are about as real as it gets, as Renee Graziano‘s life gets turned upside down in a very dramatic, heart-breaking way. In the clip above, Renee struggles to deal with the some information she received in a letter from Junior stating that he turned himself into the Feds. In the clips below, watch as Renee struggles to process the information and starts to lose it when Karen shows up to talk her down. The episode airs Sunday at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
And you thought last week would be the end of the Jennifer/Evelyn drama at Phillipe’s! You were so wrong. In this sneak peek of Monday night’s Basketball Wives, Shaunie‘s party has been broken up, but for Jennifer’s safety, Shaunie’s trying her hardest to keep Evelyn’s fists from flying. “My goal is to keep Jen safe,” Shaunie explains. “Because at this point, I know Evelyn will hurt her.” So will Evelyn actually get her hooks in Jen? Will she be charged with possession of a deadly clutch purse? Watch and find out.
Basketball Wives airs Monday night at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
Now that our 40 Greatest Feuds special has aired, we’d like to sum up our thoughts by simply saying that we are so happy that we’ve never been in a fight with a celebrity. Can you imagine having all your dirty laundry aired out, your Tweets taken out of context, and every last conversation played out on camera? But of course, that’s exactly what our winners, Sammi Sweetheart and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, signed up for when they took their relationship to the airwaves on Jersey Shore. For the full list of feuds, we have it after the jump, but let us know, should Sammi and Ronnie be at #1, or can you make the case for another pair to take the top seed?
Each week during the season on House of Consignment, we’ll be talking to eDrop Off owner and woman whose wardrobe we covet, Corri McFadden, about her take on every episode. This week is a double whammy, with two episodes for the price of one, so here’s our chat with Corri about episode two, where we meet more of her staff and visit Vicki’s closet.
You mention that your business has grown a lot in the past few years. Do you think the interest in couture consignment is economic, or has people’s interest in style has just grown?
We’ve seen an increase in business because each year we get more innovative, our client loyalty, and my staff and I work hard to make sure we are constantly making the service the best in the market. Everyone wants a good deal, and this is a business that makes it affordable for people. You can find some amazing deals.
What was your first impression of Daniel “Nipples At An Interview” The E-tern? Obviously he made it, but what were your first thoughts?
I love a sense of expressing who you are and he certainly did this.
Nicole definitely had a certain opinion about each of the E-terns because she could see how they were working and heard some of the complaining. Once Daniel and Mallory started their jobs, what did you think of their work ethics and expectations?
The purpose of an e-ternship was for them to get an insight into the business to see if it’s a right fit for their future. For us, it was about the ability to apply oneself to a task and learn what they are capable of as well as who they really are. Everyone who has worked for me so far has started at the bottom and worked their way up. There’s a lot to be said about someone who is willing to work hard, do the dirty work when necessary and remains faithful with no sense of entitlement.
Being a cop, her life is obviously chaotic and her closet was a voice crying out for help.
Why don’t you think people should buy the same thing in several colors? (I’m totally guilty of this.)
There are some exceptions to buying the same things in multiple colors such as a pant that you find with the perfect fit. However, when you buy multiples such as Vicki did with the Gucci belt, it starts to transform your shopping habit and begins to morph your style into a uniformed appearance that is predictable.
Each week during the season on House of Consignment, we’ll be talking to eDrop Off owner and woman whose wardrobe we covet, Corri McFadden, about her take on every episode. Four our first week, we got to know Corri and her business a little bit, as well as talking about her first closet cleanout with Karyn.
You mentioned that your business was built from scratch as a school assignment, where did the idea for eDrop Off come from?
Dr. Jenn Berman has been counseling people and offering advice to people in need for some twenty years now, but on VH1’s Couples Therapy, this marks her first time working with a group of ten celebrities whose relationships are in desperate need of repair. We’ll be checking in with Dr. Jenn each week to chat about the progress of her patients on the show, and what she really thinks of their behavior. We begin our behind the scenes look at the show this week with a brief chat about how she got her start as a therapist and then move on to the couples, and she fills us in on what’s really at the root of their problems. Plus, find out which couple she thinks has a love that’s “magical.”
Can you give me a little information about your background before we chat about the episode? I know some of our fans will recognize you from your appearance on Basketball Wives L.A. when you worked with Laura Govan, as well as all your other TV and radio appearances.
We know it can be hard to watch a show like House Of Consignment where there’s amazing fashion everyone and get wistful that your own closet just doesn’t measure up. That’s why we’re excited to tell you that Corri McFadden and the rest of her eDrop-Off team totally understood that viewers would want in on the eBay action, so they’ve held one item from every closet clean out that’s featured this season on the show, and that piece will be placed in an auction that goes live immediately after every show. This week’s closet belonged to Karyn, and one of the items she parted with was this gorgeous Missoni dress. To bid on the dress, click here.
