Both Evelyn Lozada and Jennifer Williams will be maintaining their own blogs this season in order to give their own sides of the story presented onscreen on Basketball Wives. We’ve been checking in with these blogs each week, as well as posting Royce Reed‘s recaps which are exclusive to the VH1 Blog to give you guys the most comprehensive coverage we can. (And when the other ladies feel the urge to recap, we don’t leave them out either!) This week, though, Jennifer and Evelyn address their fight at Shaunie‘s party. Per usual, we’ve condensed their posts, so head to their sites to read everything they’ve written.
Phillipes, Phillipes! SMH! Where do I start? Let’s just say the drinks were flowing and that is normally when things go left. First off, my speech was not about myself it was about how I thought Shaunie was a good example for me to look at because I feel she made the best out of a negative situation and she is now happy. But again, the beauty of editing! As you have watched me for three seasons now, I am never the loudest one in the room, I do not try to be nor do I want the focus on me. Overall, I think what happened at Phillipes was immature and unfortunate. Sadly, sometimes when the red light on the camera comes on you never what you are going to get. I call it the Red Light Special! “You ain’t about this life.” Hmmm, what life is that? The life I am about is trying to be happy and making strides to be an independent woman. Overall, I hope Shaunie enjoyed her birthday despite the drama!
One of the things we love about Styled By June is that star June Ambrose has a comeback or a unique definition for everything. When she was giving client Mischa Barton an image makeover on this week’s episode, we took note, so instead of giving you a straight recap, we’d like to give you a more visual representation of what happens when you give yourself over to the Juniverse. From June’s assistant Rachel trying to learn the ropes to Mischa’s anxiety with the press, to Eli’s graphic description of friendship, here are our favorite scenes and quotes from the night.
Whenever we write about June Ambrose, we feel like we’re a little gushy and over-the-top, but it’s just because we think she’s one of those people who radiates positive energy and makes us feel giddy. Of course, we also feel like we need to step up our fashion game because, since she’s a professional stylist, she always looks on-point. The evening of the premiere party for her show, Styled By June, was no exception, the woman positively glowed as she held court at the Crosby Street Hotel in Soho, New York, but she took some time out before the party really got going to allow us to document her look of the night for our Style Seen feature. It’s a testament to her that even the wallpaper she stands near looks like an accessory that was meant to complement her. Check out her fabulous ensemble in our gallery below, and tune in every week to her show on Mondays at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT.

Oh yes, yes we are.
As our VH1 Blog readers know, Royce Reed writes a weekly recap of Basketball Wives for us and it’s always one of this site’s most popular features. Royce is opinionated, honest, and doesn’t pull any punches when it comes to talking about herself and her co-stars, and that’s why we can barely contain our excitement when we tell you that Royce will be joining us live tomorrow for a Face To Face web chat where she’ll be discussing tonight’s episode and ALL the drama that unfolds. And of course, we’re definitely going to ask her about her current drama with Tami Roman as a result of her most recent blog post published here.
If you’ve seen our preview from tonight’s episode, you know that there’s so much more to discuss, from her trip to North Carolina to meet Kesha‘s family, to Shaunie‘s birthday party which is just another battlefield in the war between Jennifer and Evelyn. So tune in tonight at 8 p.m. ET/PT for the show, and log on to VH1.com tomorrow at 3 p.m. ET for our chat with Royce which will be hosted by Shirea Carroll from Juicy Magazine, and will feature Christine Imarenezor from ConcreteLoop.com, Tracy Scott from S2S Magazine, and me, Liz Black. We’ll recap the show with Royce for a few minutes before turning the questions over to the fans, because we know you guys could go for a little face time with Royce. We. Can’t. Wait!!!
Ever since Chrissy Lampkin and Jim Jones got engaged on Love And Hip Hop earlier this year, rumors that Chrissy was pregnant have been flying. Jim has denied that a baby is on the way himself already, and today, Chrissy had a two-martini lunch to further convince us that there’s not a Jimmy Jr. in her belly. She posted the shot above of two empty glasses with the caption “By the way that’s my sonogram…… Now you know !!!!!!!” to her Twitter page (just after she posted a pic of the full glasses, so the woman knows how to down a cocktail or two in no time) just to make it clear that, for now, she and Jimmy are still a party of two.
Well, in case you were wondering what kinds of hijinks will ensue on season two of La La’s Full Court Life, we’ll definitely be seeing La La getting booty-popping lessons from a stripper. La La showed the moment off during her appearance on Big Morning Buzz Live today and admitted that she’s tried out some of the sexy dance moves the stripper taught her on her hubby, Carmelo Anthony. So do the moves work? “I’m smiling right now, so it must be going good,” she said, high-fiving host Carrie Keagan. And keep watching to hear her commentary on some classic retro clips from TRL like the moment where Tom Cruise tried to “hip hop dance” with La, “It was fun to, you know, have Tom Cruise bumping and grinding on you,” she said.
La La’s Full Court Life premieres tonight at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Ramona Rizzo might be tight with Karen Gravano, but they are worlds apart when it comes to their shopping habits. When we talked to Karen, she told us she gets no joy from clothes shopping, while it seems that Ramona might as well start getting her mail at Bloomingdale’s, she’s there so often. When she was in the office recently, I chatted with Ramona about her sunglasses habit and what she’s doing to accessorize now that the Feds are currently in possession of all her jewels. Yeah, seriously. Our interview and photos with Ms. Rizzo are below.
Everybody dance now.
