T.I.’s Got A New Job, And Kelsey Grammer Is His Boss

After watching a season of T.I. and Tiny: The Family Hustle, we realized T.I. was a man of many talents. Not only is his music career still thriving, but he’s an entrepreneur in fashion, he’s trying to guide his kids’ careers, and now the man is going to be a regular on the Starz series Boss alongside Kelsey Grammer. Deadline broke the news this weekend that Tip’s acting resume will grow ever longer, and he’ll be appearing in a season-long arc on the show, which films in Chicago. Sounds like he’ll be spending some time away from Atlanta, at least for a few months.

Tip will also show off his acting skills in an episode of Single Ladies later this year.

June Ambrose Talks About The Most Difficult Clients She Worked With On Styled By June, Which Premieres Monday Night


Our new favorite styleologist, June Ambrose, was on Big Morning Buzz Live today to discuss her show, Styled By June, and host Carrie Keagan wasted no time asking the tough questions. June, who works with everyone from Mischa Barton to Trina to Jaleel White on the new show, had to answer the question of who was the toughest client of all that she had to take on. Her answer: Da Brat. She also said that her dream client, this might surprise you, is Lindsay Lohan. “I know that she needs that friend that’s going to be truly honest,” Ambrose explains. VH1 Gossip Roundup For The Week Of 3/16/12: Ocho And Ev Treat Their Fans To Dinner And Spa Treatments, La La’s In Vogue

  • It pays to follow Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada on Twitter. Ocho treated two hundred fans to free dinner at soul food restaurant Sylvia’s this week after tweeting “Dinner in NY tonight 1st 200 people at Sylvias restaurant by 7pm in Harlem. Leave ya money/credit cards at home.” Lozada’s been holding a similar contest on her site, offering one fan a free spa day. [/Evelyn Lozada]
  • La La Anthony, along with Carmelo and Kiyan, landed a Vogue photo spread shot by Annie Leibovitz, and the whole family looks model-perfect. [Global Grind]

    La La Anthony Gives Us An Exclusive Pre-Season Interview, Reveals New Full Court Life Cast

    We caught up with La La Anthony recently — which is a miracle because the woman is doing SO much lately — to talk about the new season of La La’s Full Court Life and all of the other projects she’s juggling these days, and after our chat, we have to admit that we’re so excited for season two. In addition to the regular cast of characters that we know and love, La La’s bringing in some new faces, including radio DJ Charlemagne to the show, which you know is going to add some spice and drama to the mix. La La also talks about her new film, Think Like A Man, and who she’d vote for as the Greatest Woman In Pop Music. La La’s Full Court Life premieres on March 19 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
    I’m excited for season two of Full Court Life, what are some new things we can expect from the second season?

    Thank you! I think we’ve upped the ante some, we’ve added some more characters, Charlemagne being the main new one that we’ve added from the radio. You know, he’s a shock jock and he says what everyone else is scared to say, which can be good and bad at the same time, but I think it offers people a string opinion to talk about when we’re dealing with issues on the show, so I’m excited to have him be a part of it.

    Big Ang Admits She’s Team Drita On Watch What Happens Live

    Big Ang has a “Code Of Silence” tattoo and she comes from a long line of people who don’t reveal their secrets, but when Andy Cohen asked her point blank if she was Team Drita or Team Karen on Watch What Happens Live last night, she admitted outright that she was Team Drita. We can’t say that we’re surprised, it’s just that she’s always so neutral on the show.

    More surprising though was the Mob Wives star’s answer to the question “What’s the craziest place that you’ve gotten it on?” Ang’s response: “The car. No! An airplane.” Ang sure loves her transportation. Check out the clip above.

    Mob Wives Episode 10 Sneak Peek: Big Ang Shows Off Her Bikini Body


    “Oh my God, I gotta take off my robe??” Big Ang asks in this clip from next Sunday night’s Mob Wives, in which she and Drita get spray tans. Well, yeah, Ang, how else are you going to get that sun kissed look? Once the robe finally comes off though, we’re all in for an eyeful of those J-cups. “Really? Did you see Big Ang’s body? How sick is her body? It’s amazing. What?” Drita asks after catching a glimpse. But Drita’s body ain’t so bad either. You can see them both in the clip above.

    The Styled By June Premiere Party Was Glamorous And Gorgeous (And Yes, Jay-Z Was There)

    Styled By June, VH1′s newest style show, will debut on Monday, March 19 at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT, but I was at the show’s swanky premiere party last night in New York to chat with June Ambrose herself and sneak a peek at some of her A-list friends from the fashion and music worlds who were also there. Ambrose has styled everyone from Mariah Carey to Mary J. Blige to Puff Daddy, so I expected to see some familiar faces, but I wasn’t sure if another one of her clients, Jay-Z, would show or if he’d be on diaper duty. Well, he did show up, and if you want to see me melt into a star struck puddle, last night was the time. Unfortunately, we were shuttled into the screening room to watch the first episode before I could try to make a fool of myself and talk to Jay (or photobomb one of the shots our VH1 photographer took of him…) but check out some of our pictures from the event featuring Ambrose and her co-stars and assistants, Rachel Heller and Eli Wasserman, along with Hova himself.

    Eight Things To Know About “Styleologist” June Ambrose, Including A Few Of Her Trade Secrets


    June Ambrose is about to teach the world a serious fashion lesson. Her brand new show, Styled By June, will debut on Monday night at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT, but during an advanced screening last night, we chatted with the fashion expert to get some idea of what she’s all about and why so many A-listers love her. (Jay-Z was among some of the celebs who showed up at the premiere last night so, yeah, she’s got some friends in high places.) The June you’ll see on the show is pretty much the same June I spoke to in real life — charming and funny, but a style genius (she’s responsible for some of the most iconic videos of the last ten years, like “Get Ur Freak On” and “Run This Town” to name just a couple) who knows everything you need to know about fashion. And she is gorgeous, so we’re failing to see any flaws so far. So before Styled By June premieres next Monday, here are eight things you need to know about June Ambrose.

    1. She’s not just a stylist, she considers herself a styleologist.

    “I’m a styleologist. I have been a styleologist for eighteen years, that’s why I love this show, it gave me the platform to show people what makes June Ambrose so special. What is it about this girl that she’s still around? I’m so passionate about it because I make a difference in people’s lives, that’s why I do it. It’s never been about money. What I loved about [my job as stylist on] The X Factor was helping to develop new talent and being able to create something from inception, from the ground up, and you become the style architect in that way. And then you have style renovations. With this show, it’s about creating from inception in some ways, but also about the renovations.”

    Love and Hip Hop star Emily Bustamante has a pretty active Instagram account. When she’s not posting pictures of her and Fab on vacation, she’s posting awesome shots of herself as a kid, like the one above which we love. She captions this shot “Me at 13..Coney island.. Looking mean as always,” but we think the term she was really looking for is “looking badass, as always.”
