We all watched that dramatic moment last season on Mob Wives when Renee Graziano learned that her father was being taken in by the police as a result of her ex-husband’s cooperation with the government. And now, Anthony “TG” Graziano’s fate has been decided. A Brooklyn judge has ordered him to serve 19 months in jail on extortion charges, but the elder Graziano has already served eight of those so he has just under a year to go. The New York Post reports that he was given a lenient sentence because of his health, having been diagnosed with diabetes and cancer. Renee was not present when the verdict was handed out, but her mother was.
In a statement read in court, Graziano apologized to his family, saying “I am sorry to leave you again. Grandpa loves you all.”

In the season two supertrailer for Basketball Wives LA, most of the ladies have returned for another dramatic and tumultuous season. Everyone’s still wary of on Ms. Jackie Christie, but there are also new faces to contend with who seem like they’re bringing it pretty hard themselves. Season two premieres on Monday, September 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, and one thing everyone can agree on is that it will be full of crazy people. Little miniature ones and full-sized ones alike.

Most of us couldn’t make it to the star-studded Do Something! Awards taping this past Sunday, but thankfully, our friends at Post-It were there, and they found a way to bring us some very cool backstage coverage of the show.
Not only did Post-It sponsor a Gif Booth, where all of our favorite celebs were caught in especially goofy and cute situations, like the one above with the cast of Hollywood Exes, but they’ve also brought us a special photo gallery of Messages With Meaning, consisting of DSA-inspired quotations from everyone from Joel McHale to Giuliana Rancic.
Check out the Messages With Meaning gallery here and the Gif Booth images here, and be sure to follow all of our Do Something! Awards coverage on the VH1 Blog for even more post-show highlights.
Our Big Morning Buzz Live correspondent Jason Dundas was working hard on the blue carpet at the Do Something! Awards and when he caught up to Ne-Yo and Maria Menounos, he asked them both the same question with very different responses. When he asked them what’s the craziest thing they would do for charity, Maria responded “Well, I’m pretty crazy so there’s not much that’s off the table,” however, she says she would never run down the street naked. Ne-Yo, on the other hand, would have no problem with that. To see them discuss their varying comfort levels with streaking, watch our special clips from the Do Something Awards right here.
When we look back on 2012, we’re going to remember it as a year of learning experiences. The time we learned not to dip back in the dip sack. The time we learned that you shouldn’t shake unless you wanna get shook. And oh, yes, the time we learned Joseline is very stingy with her…y’know. So in case you’ve forgotten some of the greatest quotes from this season of Love And Hip Hop: Atlanta, allow us to refresh your memory with some of the most priceless gems of wisdom out there.
Dr. Drew and his expert team of doctors and counselors are returning to the small screen is just a few short weeks, and this time, their target has changed. Though Drew and his team at the Pasadena Recovery Center have focused their efforts on celebrities in the past, this sixth season of his VH1 series will instead turn the cameras on regular folks who are battling addiction and journeying to sobriety. Rehab With Dr. Drew will feature old faces like Shelly Sprague, Bob Forrest, Jennifer Gimenez, and Dr. John Sharp, as well as eight previously unknown patients who desperately sought their help. This brand new show premieres on Sunday, September 16 at 8 p.m ET/PT. For more information, read the press release below.

Here’s why we love The Do Something! Awards:
1)They support some amazing causes and recognize extraordinary people just for their accomplishments.
2)They are the only award show we know of with an exclamation point in their name.
3)They’re one of the most unpredictable shows around and can have you laughing one minute and crying the next.
For those three reasons, we love when it’s that Do Something! time of year, and that’s why we can’t stop talking about it this week. Now that the show is over, we just wanted to give a shout out to our favorite moments from the broadcast. From our secret boyfriend Ben Affleck announcing the $100K grand prize winner with Beyonce(!!), to our other secret boyfriends, the guys from New Girl, pretending they’re part of the newest, coolest band, Zero Direction, to open the show, we loved every moment of the show. We hope you enjoy these clips as much as we did.
