Couples Therapy seeks to repair the relationships of couples who have spent significant time in the spotlight, and season two is going to bring the drama in ways that season one never dreamed. Dr. Jenn Berman will be speaking to us each week to help us make sense of the couples’ issues and shed light on why they need her help. This week, we learned a little more about Doug’s family estrangement, JoJo’s addiction, and how important it is to lean on your partner for survival.

In the spirit of the holiday season, some of our favorite VH1 stars came together to wish fans and friends a very happy Thanksgiving. We’ll be heading out a little early today to celebrate the holiday, but in the meantime, please enjoy this message from T.I., Tiny, the Mob Wives, and Chrissy and Jim Jones, and have a safe and happy holiday this week!
“There ain’t a coach, teacher or sensei that can get that young lady to calm down. You can tell them I said that,” Tip says this week about none other than that hot-tempered hairdresser we love, Shekinah. After Shekinah acts up at Tiny‘s TV shoot, she wonders if she should enroll her friend in some kind of etiquette class. Tip’s reaction? Uh, good luck with that.
“I think he got an A+ in drama class,” Shayne tells Dr. Jenn in this sneak peek from tomorrow night’s Couples Therapy. This, after Shayne flipped out on Nik who tried to give her a nice, romantic date and had to put up with her complaints the entire time. So how does Dr. Jenn react upon hearing Shayne’s continued complaints against her husband? “I think you did too. And I think it’s a really dismissive thing to say.” She continues, “I don’t fault you for not wanting to ride a horse, where I take issue with you is the way you attempt to annihilate your husband because it wasn’t exactly what you wanted.”
Find out whether or not Shayne and Nik can work this out on the next Couples Therapy, Wednesday night at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
Laura Govan‘s caught a lot of flack for messing with Jackie Christie this season on Basketball Wives L.A., but she doesn’t mind the harsh labels people have slapped her with. When she visited Big Morning Buzz Live today, she told host Carrie Keagan of her “bully” reputation “I like it. I like it because it makes for good TV. BUT if you continue to watch the show, you’ll see later, like towards the end, I had my reasonings for the things that I did but I never, not one time, dogged the other girls out and I told them that.”
Laura also thoroughly explains how things played out and what her intentions with Chantel Christie were when they met. And as for whether or not she and Jackie will ever truly be friends…well, you’ll just have to watch the clip to see what she says. Basketball Wives L.A. airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
Last night on Basketball Wives L.A., we learned that Brooke Bailey landed the cover of King Magazine, and today, we found out that another one of our favorite VH1 stars, Love And Hip Hop: Atlanta‘s K.Michelle, will also get her own cover on the magazine as well. The ladies will share cover model duties on the latest reality issue. We saw Brooke’s super-hot photo shoot on Basketball Wives, but now that both covers are out, we’re curious to find out which one you guys prefer…It’s a pretty hard contest to judge.
For any of you who are still thinking that Kenya Bell was trying to jack Jennifer Williams‘ style or anything else last season on Basketball Wives, we’d like to show off this photo of the two ladies palling around in New York City last night and looking like, you know, real friends. Jennifer stopped by the Grace Hotel to support Kenya, who was throwing a part to celebrate the release of her newest single. Kenya wrote on Instagram “Me and my boo iamjennifer NYC,” to which Jennifer replied “Never a dull moment!”
To find out more about Kenya’s music and her new label, check out our interview with her here.
Love And Hip Hop: Atlanta star K.Michelle is probably best known for three things: her hair, which changes almost daily, her sharp tongue, which tends to land her in the middle of a lot of arguments, and probably most importantly, her incredible singing voice. We’re so happy to report today that K.Michelle is being rewarded for her vocal talents with a new record deal with Warner Brothers Records.
K.Michelle told Singer’s Room about her new deal, saying “I’m just really blessed to get a second chance. I have so much to sing about and so many stories to tell. I may not be the most polished or prissy R and B singer, but I do feel that I am the voice of a lot of women who don’t have a voice.”
Huge congrats to K.Michelle, we can’t wait to hear her new music! Will you guys be listening?

Every week, we follow the Twitter movement of the cast of Basketball Wives L.A. carefully, knowing that they usually live-tweet during the show. Last night almost all of the ladies had something to say about the latest episode, and it ranged wildly from lots of “I love you”s and support for Brooke and her magazine cover, to outrage at Jackie‘s black outfit at the white party, and Laura and Bambi‘s disagreement over Jackie. The tweets are many this week, but click through the gallery below to see all our faves.
