T.I. is impressed with his youngest son, but he wants to know the one all-important question “Can you count money?”

Throwback Thursday: All That Jazz With Simon van Kempen

Simon van Kempen Couples Therapy Throwback Thursday

In honor of Throwback Thursday, the VH1 Blog will be showcasing some of the most retro, often embarrassing, always cute photos of our favorite VH1 stars. This week, Couples Therapy star Simon van Kempen submitted not one but two amazing childhood photos, and they have honestly made our day. Simon told us “That’s me when I was a trombonist in the Australian Youth Jazz Big Band and was taken in 1982.” Next week, we’re going to give thanks for that one. The photo below, is even more precious and was taken when Simon was even younger. We couldn’t decide which one to post, so we had to put them both up.

Shaunie O’Neal And Evelyn Lozada Hint At What’s To Come On Basketball Wives Season 5

Shaunie O'Neal Evelyn Lozada

Yesterday we confirmed that filming on Basketball Wives‘ fifth season is already under way, and now Shaunie O’Neal and Evelyn Lozada have divulged a few more tidbits about what to expect this season on the show. Though no official casting has been confirmed, Shaunie mentioned that there will be a new face on the show, someone “that’s really good friends with Evelyn [Lozada] and myself.” She also explained the off-camera relationships she has with the rest of the cast, saying that aside from Evelyn, she only sees the other ladies during filming. “Evelyn and I keep in contact and we do stuff together throughout the year, but when it comes to everybody else, it’s kinda like we just get together when it’s time to do a show,” she says.

And Evelyn also confirmed that despite the controversial drama of last season, she just hopes for a more calm situation for season five. “We never go into a season saying, ‘Hey, well this is what we’re going to do. I know it’s been—especially last season was a little crazy, but we kinda just go with the flow. We’re hoping it’s smooth rolling next season,” she explains. Time will tell, they’ve only shot the show for a few days, and we’re excited to see how this season plays out.

Simon van Kempen Recaps Couples Therapy Episode 8: Blinded By Dourtney

Simon van Kempen Recaps Couples Therapy

This season on Couples Therapy, there’s a lot of drama in the house thanks to the incredibly diverse and occasionally divisive personalities that have been cast. One couple, reality veterans Simon van Kempen and Alex McCord, have offered to review and recap each episode of the season to tell us the truth about the way things really were and what they think of the therapy process. This week, Simon defends his actions despite what he thinks is a lack of support from Dr. Jenn, and he shares his opinion of Courtney’s “momager,” Krista.

As Doug and Courtney re-entered “the lion’s den,” as Doug termed it, I had another phrase going through my head; what came first — the chicken or the egg? Clearly for Doug and Courtney, this den had been created through no fault of their own. They were innocent of anything and everything, and we should all pander to their combined sense of entitlement because Courtney has a kind heart (forgotten of course was her bare ass cheeks on the kitchen bench). According to Doug, Courtney had been violated by us all and by using terminology like that, he’ll no doubt run as the next Republican Senate Candidate in Missouri. Read more…
