Someone’s about to get served this week on T.I. And Tiny: The Family Hustle, because Tiny and Niq Niq are having a dance-off. Zonnique has challenged her mother to a dance competition because, as Tiny explains in the sneak peek “She thinks she’d better than me!”
Even though Tip loves Tiny, he’s not sure she’s going to win this one. “She can jump and stuff! Gravity is on her side!” However, when Tiny shows off her ability to do splits, it’s pretty impressive after all. To find out who wins the Family Hustle Dance-Off, tune in Monday night at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
Tiny Harris is quite the topic of conversation this month. Not only does she have a feature in Rolling Out right now, but she also graces the cover of Juicy Magazine‘s new issue. (Check out a full-sized version of the cover below.)
In the article, Tiny discusses a few important subjects, like her new VH1 talk show (“It’s something that I’ve wanted to do for like five years,” she says and, yes, Shekinah will be involved), her amazing, jealousy-free relationship with T.I. (“I don’t really worry because I know he’s crazy about me and I’m crazy about him…Tip never lets anyone get out of line or be disrespectful. He checks it off top.”) and even her accent (“I wish I could change my accent. I hate the way I talk. I hate the way it sounds.”). Check out her hot pink cover below, and read more with Tiny in Juicy, which is out now.
Did you know that Mama Jones put out a record before she made “Psychotic”? And that it had an accompanying dance to go with it? You do now.
In this week’s episode of Mama Jones’ World, Mama teaches us how to do the Jones Wave and even though it doesn’t look that hard, Mama might not be the greatest dance teacher. “What kind of instruction video is this?” Freddie asks after she shows off the two-two-step. “No one’s gonna learn to dance like this!” See for yourself.
You can watch more of Mama Jones on Chrissy And Mr. Jones when it airs Monday nights at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT.
In honor of Throwback Thursday, the VH1 Blog will be showcasing some of the most retro, often embarrassing, always cute photos of our favorite VH1 stars. This week, Couples Therapy star Alex McCord contributed a shot from her high school cheerleading days, noting that she’s the same age as her co-star, Courtney Stodden, in this photo. Aside from that, we actually can’t get over how little Alex has aged — although we’re glad she didn’t take her perm into 2012.

This season on Couples Therapy, there’s a lot of drama in the house thanks to the incredibly diverse and occasionally divisive personalities that have been cast. One couple, reality veterans Simon van Kempen and Alex McCord, have offered to review and recap each episode of the season to tell us the truth about the way things really were and what they think of the therapy process. This week, Alex discusses going rogue on Dr. Jenn, and that therapy staple, her mother issues.
So this is the episode where I go rogue. One thing that is completely consistent about me since I opened up my life to reality TV in 2007, is that I call it as I see it. All eight of us in the house were completely, 100% done with the fake, phony, BS attitude of Courtney, and Doug’s head-in-the-sand denial of same, and Simon says his piece here. Read more…

Couples Therapy seeks to repair the relationships of couples who have spent significant time in the spotlight, and season two is going to bring the drama in ways that season one never dreamed. Dr. Jenn Berman will be speaking to us each week to help us make sense of the couples’ issues and shed light on why they need her help. This week, we get into how frustrated she was with the cast after they ganged up on Courtney and Doug and tore their room apart after they left. We also discussed the tension she has with Alex and Simon who were both upset and emotional this week.
I love that I get to ask you a lot more about how you’ve been feeling about the patients this season. It’s like you said at the beginning of the season they’ve been very responsive and they like to spar a little bit with you, and you’re showing your own emotions a lot more.
And you know what else was interesting too, Rodiney tweeted yesterday saying how shocked he was to see the dynamic of the couples in the house and how he felt so close to everyone in the house during his season, and how they helped each other and how sad he was that this group didn’t help each other. Earlier this week, the NAACP held it’s annual theatre awards in Los Angeles and two of our favorite actors (on on-screen luvvvuhs) were in attendance. DB Woodside and LisaRaye McCoy, otherwise known as Malcolm and Keisha on Single Ladies were dressed to the nines for the event, and we just wanted to remind you guys how good these two look off-screen as well as on.
