Gloria Govan had a huge year this year, but much of it took place off-camera. The Basketball Wives L.A. star got married, filmed a web series, and had a rift with her sister, but all we saw was the aftermath of each of those things. Fans might have wished to see more, but Gloria is satisfied with how things went down, if only because it’s made her a happy wife and her acting career has flourished. When we spoke to Gloria, she was open about some of the other relationships she’s had with the ladies on the show and where she stands with everyone, but more than anything, she just seemed really content with the way life is going. Read what she had to say in our chat below.

If you had asked me two months ago if I knew I was going to be married, I would have been like, hell no. But working out our problems, for Matt and I, it’s helped us open up doors of communication and let go of our past. It’s really strengthened our relationship.
