In this week’s fashion roundup, the Puerto Rican Princess Joseline Hernandez lets the girls up while a few of her other Love & Hip Hop Atlanta co-stars make the rounds. Plus, La La rocks short shorts, some of the Mob Wives hit the scene while Tiny and Shekinah wear…well, they look comfortable. Oh yeah: Hi, Ariane Davis.

In honor of “Throwback Thursday,” here’s a look at old flicks from the cast of This Is Hot 97. Who had hair? Who has been bae? Who used to rock the stage with rap legends? Get into it.
So Amina Buddafly looks even more pregnant than the last time we featured her, hence an update. Yes, that belly is much bigger now, though the new mommy-to-be seems to be eating healthy — perhaps to stay camera-ready? Or wait, like for the baby or something. Whatever, she’s super pregnant and she looks happy, with or without Peter Gunz. Check out her cutest looks and a shot of the baby’s first ultrasound in our gallery!
Happy, joy, joy to you Amina.
For some reality stars, life goes from cloud nine to the boiler room of the seventh circle of hell after they leave their respective shows. Such has not happened to former Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams, though. She may no longer be besties with Evelyn Lozada or having random fights with relative strangers at restaurants for our amusement anymore, but Jen is doing quite alright for herself.
An entrepreneur before she started her TV career, Jen continues to do Flirty Girl fitness as well as her Lucid Cosmetics line. She also revealed via Instagram that she’ll be releasing a maxi dress line through Walmart. And of course, you saw Jen on Bravo’s I Dream of NeNe was one of NeNe Leakes’ bridesmaids — or, uh, “bridemaid,” as NeNe likes to call them.
That said, take a look at Jen’s post-reality show life via pictures. She’s out here hanging out with Olivia Pope’s daddy and other famous folks, plus serving eternal bae realness on the beach and at a nice event near you. Shout out to her publicist. Get it, Jen!
As you have heard by now, singer, songwriter, reality star, and dildo-dealer Kandi Burruss finally got married to her boyfriend, Todd Tucker. While photos of the actual ceremony have been locked down, thanks Kandi’s many Atlanta home girls – including fellow reality stars Tiny, Shekinah, Rasheeda, and Fantasia – we’ve got an inside look at how some of the events leading to the big day went down.
Congratulations, Kandi! And ladies, you all look gorgeous and happy.
Black Ink Crew‘s Quani has a cute lil’ style that deserves highlighting — no wonder Puma loves her so. So, here come the highlighting, y’all. Personally, I’m here for the 1990s realness that is Quani rocking some jeans that have her name spray painted on them in green. Like, that makes me want to sing TLC and do that dance with the fingers. You know the one I’m talking about, right? No, shut up.
In any event, here’s Quani’s style. It’s eclectic, cute, and colorful. Hand clap for her.
La La Anthony, aka the baddest, receives tops honors in this week’s fashion round up for rocking a cute, tight lil’ pink number that would have The Pink Panther ready to switch to women (he’s currently dating Snagglepuss, right?). Others featured include my boo thang in my mind, Ariane Davis, plus the return of Momma Dee, Kimbella, and those funny chaps (gender neutral usage here) from This Is Hot 97.
Gon’ and click the gallery. Enjoy!
When Somaya Reece appeared on Love & Hip Hop, she fought hard to make a name for herself in the music industry, and she certainly looked different than she does now. Since the show, the singer and television personality has lost 60 pounds — and not from the eating disorders she struggled with in the past. These days, Somaya Reece is working out, eating clean, and living as healthy a lifestyle as possible. Now, she’s sharing her fitness journey with others. This summer, Somaya will release a fitness and cook book entitled 30 Days to Fabulous.
Meanwhile, she maintains the health and finess blogwww.ThisFitsMe.com. In celebration of Somaya’s glow and banging body, here’s a look at all that she’s been up to lately. Gon’, girl.
Many of the popular New York radio personalities on the hip hop scene aren’t particularly known for their kind hearts and genial interview styles. Needless to say, it’s not surprising that Hot 97 veteran and new star of This Is Hot 97, the legendary Angie Martinez, has managed to make a name for herself without dragging anyone else’s name through the mud. In celebration of that, a look at all of the stars who have befriended Angie through the years.
You’ll notice a few repeats i.e. the Queen of Hip Hop & Soul and Burger King jingles, my beloved Mary J. Blige, plus rapper Fabolous and former Cheetah Girl turned talk show co-host, Adrienne Bailon. And you know, a few folks you may have heard of before. Say,Beyoncé, Jay Z, Rihanna, Pharrell, and Mariah Carey. Go on now, check it out.
Another month has passed us, which means it’s only right that we now reflect on how served face, and uh, other body parts best online. Per usual, Draya remains the undefeated queen of sexy as hell selfies with others like Cyn Santana and Joseline Hernandez right on her heels. Sadly, there are no Momma Dee and Mama Jones selfies to represent for the older, but still slaying on you [redacted] to share. Maybe April will bring more fortune. Until then, enjoy!
