Olivia Longott stopped by 106 And Park this week to show off her video for “Walk Away”, and while she was there, she chatted about this past season of Love And Hip Hop as well as hinting about a third season. “Yeah, we are coming back for a third season,” she said on the show. “Are you guys ready for Love And Hip Hop season three?”
Despite showing some of the rough patches in her life, Olivia still loves being on the show, saying “It’s dope because you never has shows that really showed love and hip hop and that’s really what the show is about.” And check out the clip below in which Olivia reveals that she’s not exactly what she seems on the show. “People don’t know that Olivia is a comedian,” she says. “You always see me serious on the show or it looks like I’m down because they want me to look that way, and that’s really not who I am.”
For the first few weeks of the season, we noticed that bothEvelyn Lozada and Jennifer Williams had been maintaining their own blogs in order to give their own sides of the story presented onscreen onBasketball Wives, and we have been excerpting portions of them to give you a complete look at what’s really going on behind the scenes. In addition, we always post Royce Reed‘s recaps, and this week Royce made it known that she wasn’t thrilled with Tami’s behavior on the show, and that prompted Tami to blog as well, so this week we have a special post: Here’s Tami’s response to Royce’s blog post, which is, like Tami, no B.S. (We’ve edited this down, so be sure to visit her site to read the entire post.):
I usually don’t blog, but I felt a need to address a few things… Read more…
Last week, our esteemed colleagues at Tuner spoke to rapper French Montana, who just cast Drita D’Avanzo in his upcoming video “Everything’s A Go.” He said “I love a gangster chick,” and revealed that in the video, he’ll be robbing a bank and she’s going to be his getaway driver. “She’s the best one that fit that role,” he explained. And Drita could not be more excited. As a longtime fan of Montana’s she told us yesterday that she’s basically going insane with excitement, but that she’s going to have to keep her distance on the video set because she tends to fall in love with bad boys. Oh, and this isn’t Drita’s first appearance in a music video. She told us about her first video, for Frankee‘s “FU Right Back” from a few years ago, and of course we dug that up, you can watch it below.
So you’re going to be starring in the new French Montana video —
YES! [To everyone in the room] Do you know I’m doing French Montana’s music video?? Do you know how excited I am?
I want to hear how excited you are.
SO EXCITED. You know I’m a huge rap fan, this is huge for me.
How did you get hooked up with him, have you been a fan for a while?
I’ve been a fan of his. I know the music, I know the song, it’s crazy to me. Anything to do with rap, especially gangsta rap, is my cup of tea. I know everything about it, I know underground musicians, all those artists, and he’s amazing, so I’m pumped. Read more…

It’s time once again to welcome Royce Reed back to the blog so she can tell it like it is. For the past two seasons of Basketball Wives, Royce has recapped every episode, all the highs and lows, and given us her completely honest and unfiltered opinion. We’re thrilled to have her back for season four.
OK HERE WE GO!!! AGAIN, THIS IS MY BLOG AND I SAY WHAT I WANT WHEN I WANT AND HOW I WANT. IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT DON’T READ IT.
Well episode four is a wrap so let’s just get right into it…
Kenya‘s music video shoot seemed to go pretty decent. Congrats to her and as you saw in the park scene I had with Kesha, we didn’t mean harm to the girl, we just didn’t want her to make a huge mistake. When people’s first impression and image of you is BS it’s hard to turn that around, believe me I know. It’s even HARDER when it’s something you put out yourself and stand by. I just hope she understands this industry is brutal. It will eat you up and spit you out. We will see which way this goes. Read more…
Dr. Jenn Berman is the star of the upcomingCouples Therapy, which premieres on Wednesday March 21 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, though if you watch TV enough, you’ll probably recognize her from appearances on Access Hollywood, Showbiz Tonight and of course, Basketball Wives L.A.
Dr. Jenn spoke to the New York Post recently to discuss her new show and to give some insight into what she thinks of certain celebrity couples, a topic that we’re always curious about. First, she addresses an issue that we’re sure plenty of people have considered, which is why celebs would want to air their marital issues out on television. “I have no doubt there were people who came in because they wanted the paycheck or they wanted exposure,” she tells the Post. “But there was a shift that happened very early on where people started drinking the KoolAid and saying, ‘There’s some real therapy taking place here. Let’s do this!’”
When asked what she thinks of a pair like Chris Brown and Rihanna, Dr. Jenn says “Whether they are actually back together, as the rumor mill has it, or they are “only” working together on a few songs, this collaboration is disturbing and dangerous. By choosing to spend time with him, working together, and sharing her album with him she sends a message to herself and fans that what he did was OK. She is playing with fire.” She also thinks Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are facing an “uphill battle.” As for couples she has more faith in, she loves Ellen DeGeneres and Portia DeRossi as well as Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani. Read more about her celebrity analysis here, and tune in to Couples Therapy when it airs next week!
