Katy Perry’s “California Gurls” is, without a doubt, the song of the summer of 2010. Not only has it been perched near the top of the Billboard charts since June, it’s also still sitting high atop our weekly Top 20 Video Countdown. That said, there’s only a few weeks left until the release of her new LP, Teenage Dream, and the best way to get fans excited to go out and purchase the new album is to release another catchy single and another sexy video. As you’ll see, the future Mrs. Russell Brand really delivers on both fronts; the Max Martin produced song has one of the year’s most bangin’ choruses (right up there with Ke$ha’s “Your Love Is My Drug”) and, well, Perry has never looked better than she does in this video. You’ll have to wait until next week to see the whole thing, but hopefully this snippet will tide you over until then.

Ochocino: The Ultimate Catch/The T.O. Show Live Viewing Party

Hit the chat below to discuss this week’s episode of Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch and The T.O. Show!
VH1 Stars T.O. And Ochocinco Set To Join Forces As Cincinnati Bengals Teammates

Did you hear the news? In a match made in VH1 heaven, Terrell Owens will be joining his friendly rival Chad Ochocinco as a wide receiver on the Cincinnati Bengals this season. The two have been duking it out for Sunday night supremacy as the stars of The T.O. Show and Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch for the last few weeks, but come Sundays this fall, the two longtime friends will both be sporting orange and black uniforms, standing on the same sideline and doing everything they can to take the Bengals to the Super Bowl.
However, the T.O. era in Cincinnati got off to a bumpy start this morning. Reports out of Georgetown, KY — where the Bengals are holding their pre-season practices — say that T.O. missed his flight last night, resulting in him not being able to attend this morning’s practice or his scheduled 11 a.m. press conference. Never fear, though, the press conference has been rescheduled for later tonight, at which point in time we’ll get to see T.O. don a Bengals jersey for the first time. Let’s just hope that T.O. makes his next flight!
Watch A 30-Second Sneak Peek Of Estelle’s “Fall In Love”
Back in the summer of 2008, it seemed like you couldn’t go anywhere without hearing Estelle‘s monster smash, “American Boy.” After spending two years on the road and in the studio (not to mention collecting a Grammy along the way, too!), Estelle is back with her new single, “Fall In Love,” and her new album, All Of Me. Even though you’ll have to wait until September 28 to hear her whole album, we’ve got a :30 sneak of the hot new video for you today. We’ll have the whole video premiere ready for you to watch online tomorrow, and also be sure to keep an eye out on the weekly VH1 Top 20 Video Countdown to see how this song — that also features Nas and John Legend! — performs this summer.
Correction: Chilli Was Never Married To Dallas Austin

Oops! The recent Behind The Music episode on Usher mistakenly stated that his ex-girlfriend, recording artist Chilli, was previously married to producer Dallas Austin. Though the two had a long relationship that produced their son, Tron, they were never married. VH1 regrets the error.
Sneak Peek: T.I. and Keri Hilson Enter the Race For Song of the Summer With “Got Your Back”
It’s hard to believe it, but a quick check of the calendar shows that we’re almost halfway through the summer. Yes, already! On a related note, a quick check of the pop charts and our own Top 20 Video Countdown shows that Katy Perry‘s “California Gurls” has had a stranglehold on the top spot for the last few weeks, clearly cementing herself as the favorite to take home the this year’s Song of the Summer prize. However, don’t go engraving her name on the award just yet! Atlanta’s prodigal son, T.I., has been out of the clink and hard at work in the studio for a few months now and is ready to enter the race with “Got Your Back” (with a chorus featuring the sultry vocals of Keri Hilson). We’re excited to bring you a :30 sneak of the video here on the VH1 Blog today, and be sure to tune in to our Top 20 Video Countdown this weekend to see the whole thing. Let us know what you think in the comments!

The Old Spice Guy Throws Props To The 2010 Do Something Awards
Over the last few months, the Old Spice Guy has become the most popular commercial pitchperson since the “Where’s The Beef?” lady. That’s why we’re so excited that he decided to reply to our inquiry about whether or not he does community service wearing just a towel in video form. So, the question remains: Will he actually be attending the 2010 VH1 Do Something Awards next week? You’ll have to tune in on Monday, July 19 at 9/8c to find out!
