Sigh… young love. Coming in a close second to our list’s #1 pair, Usher protégé Justin Bieber and his now-official leading lady can’t escape the public eye even if they wanted to. The same fans that allow him to have not one but two albums high on the Soundscan chart are also prone to jealous fits of rage, continuously threatening Selena’s life. What they don’t realize, however, is that those antics probably only make The Biebz hold her tighter in his arms.
