Britney Spears left the safety of Malibu to head to her hometown of Kentwood, LA for her sister’s bridal shower and guess what, the party was apparently “normal!” This not only the first time Brit’s been back to Kentwood in over a year, but it’s also the first time she’s been described as normal in ages. All in all this trip was a huge success! A guest in attendance said that, “Jamie Lynn opened every gift. We all sat in a circle and she opened gifts and thanked every person. It was just a good old-fashioned baby shower.”

B kept it so real in honor of her lil sis, that she got all dolled up in a dress to smoke on the porch and then headed back home to Cali in a sexy get-up of tiny pink shorts and white wedge flip flops. The singer really embodies the greatest joy of motherhood - dressing trashing. Jamie-Lynn has so much to look forward too! [People]

Look out, nosy photogs! Jamie-Lynn Spears‘ man Casey Aldridge is young, wild and ready to do anything to protect is baby-mama! The pair were cruising along in some sort of four wheelin’ vehicle (their friends were up ahead in an ATV) with a pit bull chillin’ in the back. As you can see in this video, Casey pulled over to yell at some paps who were supposedly lurking on private property trying to snap pics of his pregnant bride-to-be. Before he drove off he gave a little gun flash (the footage is foggy, but TMZ is claiming its a weapon) to the trespassers to prove that he means business. Now that Britney’s baby sister Jamie-Lynn is knocked up, sources are coming out and flinging some serious mud in the teen’s direction. We’ve watched enough Gossip Girl to know how vicious kids can be, but this stuff is downright dirty, which makes it that much more interesting. If these sources are telling the truth, Jamie-Lynn is already following in her sister’s dangerous footsteps. She’s got the partying and the promiscuity down, now all she needs is a couple of vag-flashes! Soon enough.

Accusation #1: Jamie-Lynn gets around
A source accuses J-L of getting busy with a few boys (in addition to her baby-daddy Casey Aldridge), saying, “I know for a fact that Casey was not the first guy she slept with — or the last. There were at least two others. I know that 110 percent.”

Accusation #2: She’s using her pregnancy as birth control
A different source allegedly spotted Jamie-Lynn trying to get with a guy (not her boyfriend Casey) with this pick-up line: “It’s cool; I’m pregnant. I can’t get pregnant again!”

Accusation #3: She took to the bottle to forget Britney
Even though she’s only 16, J-L is supposedly way beyond experimenting with booze. She’s drinking to forget about her family drama! “Some people drink to have a good time,” revealed another underage spy. “But she drank to get wrecked. She drank to get messed up and forget about her mother, her sister and all of that.” [MSNBC]

Jamie-Lynn Spears - Britney’s little sister with a big belly - is allegedly trying to run away from her overbearing Mom. May we suggest she does it this week? We have a feeling Mama Spears is kinda distracted right now at the mental hospital, so pack that Louis Vuitton suitcase up and run, girl!  She has apparently forbidden Jamie-Lynn from seeing her baby-daddy, so the Nickelodeon starlet is hightailing it to her dad’s house in Los Angeles. She also, supposedly, just wants to party like her big sis, according to a source who revealed, “Jamie Lynn knows Britney smoked and drank during her pregnancy — and because Britney’s boys turned out fine, Jamie Lynn thinks her baby will be fine too.”

Yup, they’re just a normal pair of sisters! Meanwhile, Britney is stuck in some padded room at the hospital hating on her pops, who is now legally in charge of her medical care and her money. She sent her lawyers to court yesterday to get him removed from as her conservator (the fancy title he’s been given), but the court ruled in his favor. Her lawyer elaborated: “There has been an estrangement for quite some time. With him as conservator, that is causing her more agitation and more distress.”

As if her pink wig wasn’t distressful enough - that thing really itches, ya’ll!

You better not claim to be sick of the Jamie-Lynn baby drama yet! We’re only 2 days in and there’s so much to get caught up on. Let’s make it quick and painless (unlike that ol’ thing called birth that J-L’s gonna tackle in the Spring).

1. Jamie-Lynn and her baby-daddy aren’t dating anymore. Girl’s going at it alone in the delivery room with her mom by her side! Brit will have to stay in the waiting room.
2. Hey ex Casey Aldridge may be guilty of statutory rape, depending on where the baby was conceived. Someone steal J-L’s diary!
3. K-Fed knew about the pregnancy before Britney. Telling the stable one first is always a wise plan.
4. Papa Spears is allegedly “devastated” and thinks that Jamie-Lynn “ruined her life.” Give her a chance to at least ruin the kid before you say that, Dad!
5. Finally, Brit has already sent her lil’ sister a gift basket of goodies - like this super-cheesy sequined tank top - though a more appropriate gift would have been a handwritten list of mothering advice. Then J-L would know what not to do.

Merry Christmas, America! Just when you thought you’d be stuck reading about what boring Brad Pitt is getting his kids for Christmas, Jamie-Lynn Spears goes and outdoes her crazy older sister. It’s the best present we’ve ever gotten! More news will surely come in today, but here’s the most recent word on Jamie-Lynn’s sitch:

• She revealed her pregnancy to her mom a week before Thanksgiving. She freaked for a week and was then supportive. Then, this week, she spilled the beans to OK! Magazine.
• The father is her 19-year old live-in boyfriend, Casey Aldridge.
• J-L is planning on raising her kid in Louisiana, “so it can have a normal family life.” Already she is wiser than her big sis.
• Nickelodeon - which is home to her show Zoey 101 - said, “We respect Jamie Lynn’s decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation. We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn’s well being.”
• Mom Lynne’s upcoming Christian book on parenting is now on hold. Obviously.
• The best part of all is that BRITNEY DIDN’T KNOW ( and it’s all caught on tape)! It looks like Brit found out when the rest of the world did - last night. When the paps asked her about it while out shopping, she replied, “My sister’s not pregnant!” At least she will make an amazing crazy aunt.
