Here’s a list of the top five most awesomely bad moments of episode 3 of A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila 2.

1. CHAD CAN’T FETCH A BALL

For the second year in a row, Tila Tequila split her wooers by sex and made the two groups face off in a “bi-athalon.” Among the athletic challenges, contestants were forced to dip their heads into an inflatable pool and use their mouths to pick up balls with symbols corresponding to their sex. Chad should have had an advantage in this exercise of fetching, considering that he has the brain power and disposition of a dog. But he couldn’t find the correct ball and began to bite the side of the pool out of frustration. In the meantime, the girls ate away at the boys’ lead and then won the challenge. Chad claimed later that the “snot rockets” floating in the pool prevented him from completing the task. But we’re talking about a guy whose idea of fun is to raise his legs over his head in bed and pass gas. Chad could probably bath in snot without being phased. Could it be that he doesn’t know the difference between a male and female symbol?

Everyone’s favorite bisexual reality television star is on the cover of the June issue of Blender, and she’s spilling her guts. Tila opens up about why she picked Bobby, her rough childhood and (of course) her bisexuality. We’ve included a few choice quotes below, but you can check out the full article here.

* I think every girl is born bisexual. Before I was 10, I had had experiences with girls. But when you’re that young you don’t think, Oh, I’m having sex! I’m a lesbian! Still, I always knew. I didn’t have my first kiss with a guy until I was 15. I was with women long before that.

* On turning down Dani: That was a hard one. I think I was just scared. I’d been with lipstick lesbians but not so much with the more tomboy-type girls, so I picked something that was more predictable. Guys are a bit more predictable.

* On what went wrong with Bobby: Well, as time passes, he gets back into his world and I get back into mine. And we try to keep in touch, but it gets too hard for him to understand that I had a life outside of that show, I have work to do. And he’s still from … wherever he’s from.

“All my stripper friends. All my ex-boyfriends. We all want the same thang.”

Tila, your lyrics for the theme song to A Shot at Love 2 don’t make sense. You should be singing, “All my stripper whores. All my farm animals. We all want the same thing.” Only you don’t want the same thing. We believe that you’re looking for love, whereas others on your show have baser motives. Not only did the contestant named Fame use the camera as if she were auditioning for American Idol, Chad had the gall to say: “I’m more excited about moving into Tila than I am about moving into the house.” Tila, Chad has probably “moved into” sheep and horses have probably “moved into” him. Sorry to be crass. But do not touch Chad. Not even a hug.

Tila, we had hoped that the producers of A Shot at Love would have improved their casting process for season 2. It is clear that they have not. With this new batch of contestants, A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila 2 will be nearly indistinguishable from a Cops episode filmed during spring break in Florida — except it might be more dangerous. Frankly, we’re worried for your safety. Please reconsider moving your show from MTV to VH1. We can do better.

You started the premiere by asking the supposedly straight men and supposedly gay women vying for your heart to step into cages. This was a wise decision. But you should have kept them there. Allow us to remind you how your suitors behaved while caged (one exposed her breasts and another let his penis swing freely through the air as he danced):

Dear Tila,
We begged and pleaded you to leave MTV last season and join us here at VH1. You declined. Not to be petty, but our reality star, New York, found true love on our dating show while you found nothing. This is not your fault. There’s no way you could have found even a friend among the violent drama queens, psychopaths, sex maniacs and potential sex offenders that you were subjected to. Needless to say, we’re disappointed that you’ve renewed your show, which premieres April 22, for a second season with MTV. Tila, baby, you’re making the same mistake twice. Judging by this preview clip, we’re bracing for a total freaking disaster:

First, what’s up with this “challenge?” Were these butt-ugly bimbos and sacks of testosterone contained in a cage because they have chicken brains? Did they start to peck and scratch each other? For your next challenge, why not just take them to a dog park and allow them to roll around in the mud and hump?

Tila, we’re sorry to be so negative. You know that we will always adore you. We will never tire of your dimples, your laugh, your contagious energy. You’re like a girlfriend that gets away with way too much because you’re irresistibly cute and hot. We hope that MTV treats you better this season. If not, our offer still stands for A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila 3. Because, as we all know, there’s no way in hell you’re finding love with these freaks.

A Shot of Love is over, but new gossip hit airwaves yesterday. According to the investigative team at Extra TV, there are hurt feelings between Tila Tequila and the winner of her contest, Bobby Banhart. Speaking to Extra, the bisexual singer/host/frequently naked person said, “We couldn’t see each other for two months after (the finale) and we only talked on the phone. Just naturally, people kind of move on with their lives. We tried our best to keep in touch and keep it going, but after a while, all of this camera stuff, he just couldn’t handle it . . . . [He] called me a few days before New Years and broke it off.”

Not true, says Banhart. (Surprised? Us neither.) He told Extra, “As far as I’m concerned, if that’s what she needs to tell herself to make herself feel better, then that’s all her.” He continued, describing the end of the relationship as being rather absurdly bloodless, more a business transaction than succession of dates: “Basically the phone conversation ended with ‘good luck in all that you do.’”

This news follows MTV’s confirmation that A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila would go into a second season. If Tequila doesn’t find love this time around — or at the very least, someone she can spend some time with before signing on for season three — we’ll suspect that perhaps Tila Tequila isn’t really looking for love after all. Sigh. We’re always the last to know.

Tila Tequila, the delightful minx that drives us to distraction, strayed yet again and spilled the raunchy secrets of her heart to Blender magazine. She told them everything; when she jerks off, what she’d do to Angelina Jolie, even the “talentless whore-slut” rumors. Last night, Variety confirmed what you all knew in your hearts to be true: A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila is returning for a second season on MTV. The show will follow the same format as the initial series — 10 episodes wherein men and women compete for a chance at Tila’s affections and network superstardom (the show earned a 5.9 rating among viewers aged 12-34, which means it enjoyed, to paraphrase Borat, great success). It will premiere next spring, following the Tila Tequila spin-off, That’s Amore with Domenico Nesci, who will be aided in his search by Ashley, the insane guy who broke his foot when he was kicked off the initial series.

But wait, you say! What about Bobby, the first season winner who vanquished Dani and promised to cherish his Tequila moments forever? According to Tila’s blog, it just didn’t work out. Writes Ms. Tequila, “Bobby had broken up with me a few days before all of this went down. I wasn’t expecting it at all because I thought I had finally found someone that I was compatible with, but I guess I was wrong. My hectic schedule was really hard on him and we both were getting frustrated, but at the same time . . . I just wanted to find someone who would understand what a crazy lifestyle I have so it’s too bad that things didn’t work out between us. With that said I just want to make it known that I still think Bobby is a great guy and I wish him the best.”

In the meantime, Tila Tequila and company partied hard on New Year’s at Tila’s masquerade ball in New York. Those in attendance? Ashley, Dani, Domenico and Vanessa (from the series), Perez Hilton, Angela Simmons, Wyclef Jean and Paramore. We wish all of them health, happiness, and good luck in finding soul-mates with the help of MTV.
