We’re excited to announce that on Friday, January 14 at 9pm ET, VH1 will be broadcasting the 16th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards. While we’ve got a little over a month until we find out the winners, we’ve got the full list of the 2011 nominees for the awards show that’s become the most accurate predictor of the Academy Award nominations for you after the jump.

But before we unspool the complete list for you, a few highlights:

  • Black Swan became the first film in the 16-year history of the CCMAs to earn 12 nominations, highlighted by nods for Best Picture, Best Actress (Natalie Portman), Best Supporting Actress (Mila Kunis) and Best Director (Darren Aronofsky).
  • True Grit and The King’s Speech each racked up 11 nominations, closely followed by Inception and The Social Network (with 10 and 9 nominations, respectively).
  • Nicole Kidman received her record seventh nomination for Best Actress for her work in the upcoming Rabbit Hole.
