Perez Hilton turned 30 over the weekend and celebrated with a fiesta at the Beverly Hills Wilshire Hotel. Partygoers included Teddy Hilton (his mini Goldendoodle), Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Amanda Bynes, Marc Jacobs, his mama, Jerry O’Connell, Khloe Kardashian (where was Kim?), Andy Milonakis, and Katie Perry. That’s right, the self-proclaimed Queen of All Media is back tonight with a brand-new show. In it, Perez Hilton meets a variety of television’s reality stars. He gets to hang with Hills honeys Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, asking them how they really feel about Lauren Conrad. He crashes New York Fashion Week to harangue Project Runway judge and Elle magazine editor Nina Garcia, America’s Next Top Model judge Miss J. Alexander, and Baby Phat’s Kimora Lee Simmons. He even tries his luck at love with Bret Michaels. Whether or not Bret is amenable, we can’t say. But the two seem to share a similar focus on their hair, so anything’s possible. Gossip blog godfather Perez Hilton has found himself in some sort of sex scandal, after fellow blogger Jonathan Jaxson has come forward and accused Perez of goading him into making sex tapes and reneging promises of dirt for his blog. The two exchanged videos and numerous x-rated chats, and it appears (from reading their many instant messages) that Jaxson was desperate to get Perez to participate in some sort of staged phone-call for his blog, perhaps in an attempt to generate more traffic to his site. When Perez didn’t follow through on his promise, Jaxson made the IMs public (link NSFW), and the result is way more publicity than he would have gotten from his original plan.
The whole scandal doesn’t seem to be much more than a racy chat exploited by some dude to get famous, but we did learn some choice info - Perez is packing 8.5 inches of man down there! And hey, if you’re gonna become a celebrity for dishing dirt (and drawing on pics of celebs), there’s gonna come a time when you gotta take it, too.
Is Adrianne Curry at the center of the VH1 universe? First, she claimed to have helped cause Danny Bonaduce’s violent display against Jonny Fairplay at Tuesday’s Fox Reality Channel Really Awards. Now she’s going after recent VH1 adoptee Perez Hilton via an angry missive posted on one of her several blogs. What’s next? Pulling New York’s weave?
Inspired by a brush she had with the blogger at that same awards ceremony, Adrianne sets the record straight on a few things she says Perez has printed about her. Oooh! Blog vs. blog. It’s like Spy vs. Spy without the subtlety. Anyway, among Adrianne’s bones to pick are:
- She’s not banned from the Playboy Mansion.
- She’s not a “failed model.”
- She’s not “classless.”
- Her online radio show is not s***ty.
Adrianne’s vitriol is about as caustic as Perez’s, but it’s at least twice as entertaining. Here’s my favorite excerpt from her missive:
