Attention, fans of You’re Cut Off! and Dad Camp: We want to inform you about an important programming change that takes effect next week.
Beginning next Monday, June 28, You’re Cut Off! will move from its current Wednesday night slot to Monday nights. It will air at 9 p.m./8 central, just ahead of Behind The Music and where Dad Camp has been airing for the last few weeks. Consequently, Dad Camp will be moving to Wednesday nights, where it will air at 9 p.m./8 central. Got it? Just to recap:
You’re Cut Off!: Now airing on Mondays at 9/8c, starting on 6/28 (was on Wednesdays at 9/8c).
Dad Camp: Now airing on Wednesdays at 9/8c, starting on Wednesday, 6/30 (was on Mondays at 9/8c).
Well, this is weird. Lindsay Lohan recently tweeted her desire to get in touch with a kid who appeared on this week’s episode of VH1 Dad Camp:
And guys? She means it:
Benny appearing on the show during a challenge in which the dads-to-be talked to kids who’ve grown up with limited or no contact with their own dads, just to understand that perspective first-hand. Benny, whom you can see in the clip below starting around the 1:40 mark, had the saddest story of all the kids taking part in the challenge — his dad kicked him out on Christmas when he was 5-years-old.
What do you even say to that? “You know…I mean…Jeez, that’s rough, man,” is about as good as most nonprofessionals could do. I’m not sure that one-on-one time with Lindsay Lohan is the kind of counseling this kid needs, but it’s at least nice to know that Dad Camp can melt even the hardened celebrity’s heart. Updates to come?

“I think to some extent, as with any reality show, these guys were playing to the camera at the beginning.
