Lacey Conner (Rock of Love) “This Thing Called Love”

Within minutes of the first episode of Rock of Love, Lacey jumped behind a drum kit and commenced annoying her fellow Bret-lovers with her infernal racket. But not even that could have prepared us for this synth-pop ditty and its curiously…curious video (directed by Lacey’s dad, Otis). Lacey’s played with industrial mega-band Pigface, which is kinda a big deal. The fact that this video has almost 10 times as many YouTube views as Pigface’s most popular video makes Lacey kinda a bigger deal…I guess?

Has Deelishis got a story for you! In the video above, the Flavor of Love 2 “winner” spins some harrowing yarn for Sister 2 Sister H.E.I.C. (Head Editrix In Charge), Jamie Foster Brown: a claim that someone attempted to murder her by poison at a hotel last year! She survived thanks to a rapid succession of events that started with ordering room service and ended with a confrontation with the woman who tried to exterminate her. Spoiler: she did it out of insecurity stemming from Deelishis’ beauty and success! Bootz is pregnant! She told the world this via her MySpace in all caps. You know homegirl never stops yelling, even when she’s filled with pregnant joy. The Flavor of Love 2/Charm School alum has this to say regarding her forthcoming arrival:

“HEY EVERYONE SORRY I HAVE BEEN AWAY FOR SO LONG, BUT NOT WITHOUT GREAT NEWS! I KNOW A LOT OF YOU ARE WONDERING WHATS BEEN GOING ON WITH ME ! WELL, I AM EXPECTING MY FIRST CHILD AND I AM VERY EXCITED! WITH MY NEW CHILD DUE MARCH 28TH 2009 COMES CHANGE, AND I AM READY FOR THIS EXPERIENCE THAT GOD HAS BLESSED ME WITH!”

Flavor of Love 2 alum, Charm School winner and our friend Saaphyri has unleashed her latest bound-to-be viral video to promote her Lip Chap line of lip balm. Above, watch the video for “Lip Chap Anthem,” a take-off of Lil Mama’s “Lipgloss” that features rapping from none other than Saaphyri. This one isn’t as provocative as the last, so perhaps it’s aimed at a wider audience. Always thinking business, that’s Saaphyri!

Saaphyri Windsor, best known for winning Charm School and asking God to give her the strength to resist beating a bitch’s ass on Flavor of Love, is kicking the promotion of her Lip Chap line of lip balm into high gear. Above is the first commercial for the product — if you didn’t think that lip balm could be sexually charged, well, think again! The clip walks the line between hilarity and hotness, and in doing so, it’s able to speak to as wide an audience as possible (except for, I guess, pre-pubescent kids). It’s kitschy, but it’s also smart business.

Flavor of Love 2 / Charm School alumnae Shay “Buckeey” Johnson and Larissa “Bootz” Aurora recently took their reconciled friendship to a club in Columbus, Ohio. Via email, C Busted’s Donna tells us what went down:

“So, Buckeey and Bootz…was up in the club in Columbus, OH drunk as hell! Buckeey actually fell down the steps, and the DJ said, “Nobody take a picture of Buckeey, she just fell down the stairs!” Of course, the cameras started flashing. They had the nerve to ask people not tot take pics of them, because they brought their own photographer…how cheap is that?”

We mentioned it last week, but just in case you missed it, Charm School winner and Flavor of Love 2 alum Saaphyri has launched her line of lip balm dubbed Lip Chap (duh). It’s available in five flavors, including Mojito and Piña Colada. Who needs alcohol when you have Lip Chap? For the follicly challenged (and not so much), she also just launched her line of Indian hair. She talked about both projects recently on Becky Buckwild’s Blog Talk Radio show (check the Dec. 23 episode). Did you know that you can give a dog extensions? It’s true, Saaphyri says so.
