Are you eating? If so, stop reading this or move on. In fact, don’t read this if you plan on consuming food in the next month or so. You’ll inevitably think back to the day that you read this post and your lunch will become your apparel. You’ve been warned (but I’ll warn you again, because there are some things you cannot unthink and the content of this post is one of those things).
Typically, we avoid discussing the forays into the world of porn by our fine VH1 on-air talent. We wish them everyone the best of luck, and a rash-free existence, but really, it’s none of our business. Like, literally, it’s none of our busine$$. We were content to let For the Love of Ray J Season 1′s Caviar to her on-screen penis-indulging in peace…until we read an account of her breaking a guy’s 11-inch thang thang on the set of a recent porn shoot. Seriously — adult performer Prince Yahshua reports, “In layman’s terms I broke my d***.” The terms get much more graphic below. I don’t think you want to read this, except, in my heart (and non-broken penis), I know you really do…

Complex recently compiled its list of the 50 Hottest Reality TV Girls, and impressively, women affiliated with VH1 take up a dozen of the slots. Of that dozen, half of the girls are from For the Love of Ray J (the most represented show on the countdown, alongside The Real World — keep in mind though, that show has had 24 seasons, while Ray J has had two). Among the hotties are Danger (No. 42), Mz Berry (No. 32), Caviar (No. 30), Luscious (No. 22), Chardonnay (No. 18) and Cashmere (No. 14). The other VH1 girls are Viva Hollywood‘s Jenn Pinto (No. 44), The White Rapper Show‘s Misfit (No. 40), Myammee (No. 39), Deelishis (No. 29), Hoopz (No. 10) and Adrianne Curry (No. 8).
So, what do you think: is For the Love of Ray J a babe magnet of a reality show? According to the list, it’s turned out twice as many of reality TV’s hottest as America’s Next Top Model. In fact, my favorite thing about this list is that ANTM is represented as much as Flavor of Love (both come up three times). That is two giant orbiting balls of “Wooooooooow!” and LOOOOOOOOOOOOL! And I know that Complex skews “urban,” but damn son, where’s the love for Rock of Love? No honorable mention even, for that show’s willingness to constantly put itself out there (via silicone and…other stuff)? [Complex via ONTD]

Earlier this week, Cocktail posted on her MySpace blog regarding her breakup with Ray J in the wake of the second-season announcement of For the Love of Ray J. Now, via Bossip, she’s shedding more light on their split. Though she calls Ray “a truly amazing person,” it’s not hard to detect some resentment in her statement. It reads, in part:
“Just like any other relationship we took it day by day. We would hang out, have fun, laugh, share stories, and watch TV. Over time as we got to know each other more and more he would tell me things and often times they would hurt my feelings. I guess the brutal truth about him not being exclusive with me and still ‘hooking up’ with girls made me realize that it wasn’t going to work. I hate feeling like I failed and let’s be real no woman likes to quit a relationship so I tried to stick it out. I wanted to be his only one not just his number one.
After awhile Ray eventually realized that I was truly genuine and sat me down to tell me that we were not going to work
out. Then the Season 2 bomb was dropped on me. What makes me mad is that I asked him if there was going to be a season 2 and he lied to my face. He sweet talked me both times I asked. Aside from that, the breaking point was when we went on tour. He didn’t come back to the room at night and I heard the whispers about him being in other rooms with girls. It made me mad because he knew he could be honest with me but he chose not to be. At this point, I emotionally checked out.”
She also mentions her supposed feud with Tila Tequila, who alleged she was dating Ray J (and whom Cocktail addressed by not addressing in a YouTube video that has since been removed). Says Cocktail: “I honestly don’t know what her problem with me is but I don’t have one with her. If she wants to call me names, talk s*** about me and be all ‘bad ass’ on the Internet that’s her right but I have more class than that. I think she’s great.” So, I take it they won’t be settling this with a mud wrestling match? :( [Bossip]

The Celebreality Interview – Cocktail

As it usually goes when reality TV couples don’t work out, the “winner” of the dating show that’s just been picked up for another season has taken to her MySpace to discuss her breakup. We’re, of course, referring to Cocktail, who posted the following today:
“So most of you have seen photos floating around with me and a guy who is obviously not Ray. Some of you have been asking questions about who I am dating, is it Ray? or this person or that person and I want to clear some things up.
When I was on the show, I truly fell for Ray. I invested my time, effort, and emotions into him and wanted things to work. But the reality of reality television is that it doesn’t always work. Ray and I are no longer together. We have not been together for awhile now but we have remained friends and when we hang out we have a great time. I miss him very much and respect what decisions he has made. He is a really cool person and someone I feel connected with for sure but aside from that, I can’t say.
As for the tour we just did and ‘acting’ like we were together, it comes with the show. What people saw of us on tour was real. When we are together we have a cool chemistry. We have fun and enjoy each others company. But at the end of the day I wasn’t the right person for Ray and although it hurt me at least he was honest about the situation before it went any further.
I do want to end this on a positive note, I am happy. I am having fun, living life and doing me. I have a lot of projects coming up and you will see a lot more of me for sure.”
So there you have it, straight from the Cocktail’s tumbler. [Cocktail's MySpace blog]
