Got a brother in jail and want the world to hear your rant about it? Myspace, baby! Brooke Hogan took to her home on the web to rattle on about her brother Nick’s recent trial, which resulted in 8 months jail time. The post has since been taken down, but luckily we’ve got the whole thing right here:
I know most of the public thinks my brother is some rich little selfish kid, but NO ONE knows the real story and I’m really pissed that the truth didn’t come out from either side. A LOT of lies were told in that trial. Believe me. And it wasn’t from us. John was NEVER home. He was at our house. ALL THE TIME. that should say enough…. Im not going to be out spoken right now, but If some s*** doesn’t start getting straightened out, A lot of people are going to eat their words for lieing. I know all of the truth and I have back up. I never know how twisted this world could be but I’m starting to figure it out. And I’m gonna have to jump off my high road and tackle some ppl who are taking the low road. I know you guys don’t understand, but you will really really soon. Keep praying. And by the way, before you judge anybody, make sure you really know them. I promise you if you were to meet my brother he would give you the shirt off his back. He’s not “NICK HOGAN.” AND hes not the person he plays on tv. People are so gullible now a days…
There you have it! Brooke later replaced the lengthy post with one simple line: “I have the truth on my side. And the truth will set everyone straight sooner or later.” And until then, us gossipy gawkers will wait impatiently!

If you know New York, you know that a little thing like love couldn’t keep her away from reality TV for long. VH1’s own H.B.I.C. is branching out for New York Goes to Hollywood, a situation-based reality series to air later this year…and she may be flying solo again. The press release provides a few details:
New York is ready to tackle her other life dream: superstardom. Don’t get it wrong - New York is already a star but she wants to be on the A-list – as a legit actress.
In order to focus on her new mission, New York has to put her last conquest, Tailor Made, on the backburner as she tries to take on Tinsel Town. She’s moving out west to see if she can climb the Hollywood ladder. Question is, will she reach for the stars or fall flat on her face?
And that’s not all: Celebreality series starring Brooke Hogan, comedian Margaret Cho and 2 Live Crew mastermind Luther Campbell are also on the way. Press releases follow:

To recap VH1’s year in Celebreality programming, we’re honoring the craziness (and, let’s face it: crazies) with an informal (and fairly arbitrary) set of awards we’re giving away online. Actually, there are no real awards to give away, but hey, it’s the thought that counts. It is, after all, the holiday season.
Part 1, dedicated to special achievements in Celebreality, went up yesterday. Part 2 continues today with the superlatives. The first category is Best Filming Location: Hooters on Hogan Knows Best.
You can see that Hulk’s mother is sitting at the table with them, on this final episode of Season 4 of Hogan Knows Best. What’s notable about this is that Hooters was her choice of dining locations. And what’s dually notable about that is Grandma Ruth revealed that she had just visited the jiggle joint the week before, only to revise her recollection: “Oh, it was yesterday!” She’s a regular. At Hooters.
How did the Hogans follow this up? With a visit to Fashion Bug, of course, where Brooke attempted persuade Grandma to buy clear heels, “like me and mom.”
That is a tasty after-dinner mint, if ever there were.

Even though the news of Hulk and Linda Hogan’s divorce just dropped last week, it turns out that their separation happened some time ago and has been secretly kept under wraps. Apparently the pair hit the skids in June, and they even filmed parts of their show while broken up. Wow - good acting guys! So what went wrong? A source alleges that Linda liked to throw cash around, and wanted to purchase a big ol’ house in Cali while Hulk and the kids were loving life in Florida. The mystery spy said, “They’ve been fighting for quite a while, and a lot of it has to do with her out-of- control spending.”
Today Hulk released the following statement asking for some space while he and the clan works things out. He said, “Please respect my family’s privacy at this time with all that we have been through. I care for my wife and my children are my world and I just hope this all works out.”
We hope it all works out too! Hulk and Linda always made married life look so cute as they tooted around on their Sequeways with their puppies in tow. We’re sure this is nothing another romantic Hulk-written poem can’t fix. Right guys?

The rumors are true, brother! Hulk Hogan has been tapped to lead a new generation of men and women in tights when he hosts NBC’s revived incarnation of the ’80s feats-of-strength-and-cheesecake competition American Gladiators. The show is being prepped as a midseason replacement, so with any luck, Hulk will be corralling the strapping masses on your TV set within months.
In a statement on his new gig, Hulk said: “Gladiator-mania is gonna be running wild, brother.” No, seriously. He really said that. We could have predicted it, word for word. However, the fact that he’s still spitting his slang is somewhat comforting in a Norman Rockwell-on-lactic-acid kinda way. [New York Daily News / Image: Getty]

The Fox Reality Channel Really Awards taped last night, and it almost goes without saying that it was a Celebreality-studded event — you know VH1 owns this ish! Rock of Love’s Heather, Kristia and Brandi C., Charm School’s Schatar and Saaphyri, Brooke Hogan, Danny Bonaduce, Alexis Arquette, Brigitte Nielsen, Adrianne Curry, Christopher Knight, Ant, Chyna and Scott Baio with his very pregnant fiancée Renee were just some of the past and future VH1 stars to take part in the festivities. The show doesn’t air till Oct. 13 on the Fox Reality network, but you can get a peep at what people were wearing (or in some cases, not wearing) below. Make sure to check out the shot of Heather posing on Chris Crocker’s lap. She could teach him so much about hair!

In this episode, Terry attempts to get closer to Nick by engaging with modern technology.
See, if it were back in the ’80s, they could just pass an antique skull back and forth, switch bodies and end up with all the empathy in the world for each other, like in Vice Versa. That they don’t do exactly that is yet another sign of the times.
