Now that Thanksgiving is over and the masses are presently fist fighting over new TVs to watch VH1 on, here’s a look at how some of our VH1 reality starts celebrated Turkey Day. There’s charity, a little bit of food porn, lots of shots of family, and for one star, a tease of Christmas.
This year, we were impressed by some of the Halloween costumes that popped up in our Instagram feed, it’s clear that some VH1 stars take this holiday very seriously. Now that it’s the day after and the festivities are over, let’s take a look as some of the best costumes out there belonging to your favorite stars and their adorable children. There were a lot of spooky looks this year (Draya Michele‘s professional zombie makeup takes the cake, but Sassy from Black Ink Crew might be the world’s scariest clown), a lot of sexy Playboy bunnies (Somaya Reece, Jennifer Williams and Joseline all donned the ears and tails), and some just plain hilarious outfits (O’S**t‘s homage to Dave Chappelle‘s homage to Prince is pretty amazing). Scroll through, you don’t want to miss these.
Petty bickering and fights were put aside on season three of Mob Wives following the devastation that Hurricane Sandy brought on the ladies’ native home, Staten Island. Following the havoc the massive storm unleashed on the East Coast, the women banded together and employed their strength towards a greater cause — aiding their community and doing their part to help rebuild their hometown.
On the anniversary of Hurricane Sandy, we look at back at how the women of Mob Wives handled the storm before and after the destruction.

Emily Bustamante and Chrissy Lampkin have been friends for years — we’ve seen their loyalty to one another grow over two seasons of Love & Hip Hop and on Chrissy & Mr. Jones, which returns on Monday, October 28th at 9PM ET/PT. The ladies join our list of some of our favorite celebrity best pals; people who are not just friends for the cameras but who genuinely love each other on- and off-screen. Check out our gallery of the two hanging out IRL, and scroll through to see some of our other favorite famous pairs, like Evelyn Lozada and Rihanna, Jennifer Williams and Nene Leakes, and La La Anthony and Serena Williams.
Reality television can do a number on a romantic relationship. (But then again, it can also bring couples back together, too.)
Over the course of the past few years, we’ve watched the demise of many a marriage on TV, which always hurts to see because, hello, even though it’s TV, it’s also real life and these are real relationships that are ending. But we’ve also seen our share of “showmances” that we kinda figured would never last, and they crashed and burned pretty hard (we’re looking at you, Rich and Erica). Which breakups were the most dramatic, the most shocking, the most explosive? Read our top ten list to find out!
This week’s best fashions were a mix of bright colors, classic denim, and some amazing gym shoes. K.Michelle and Malaysia Pargo both showed us what it’s like to be poured into a pair of jeans and have them hug a woman’s curves, and Erica Dixon showed us a similar concept while rocking a green patterned jumpsuit. Joseline and Draya showed us the simple elegance of all-black, and Tahiry Jose, take note: we are coming to steal your shoes.
All relationships evolve. It’s a part of life, and it’s the driving force behind 90% of reality television. Without the fights and break-ups we’ve come to expect on reality shows, there would be no point in watching them. But there’s something about that moment when a formerly bad relationship turns good again. When women start acting grown and classy the way so many of them insist they already are, when couples who had their differences realize the love they still feel. It’s enough to give us the warm fuzzies.
We pulled together ten of the biggest reconciliations in recent history to prove that sometimes great TV is less about punches thrown and more about hugging it out. Chrissy and Somaya, Benzino and Stevie J, Drita and Ramona… these are just a few of the pairs who have agreed to set their differences aside. But who’s our number one make-up? Check out the list to find out.
Many a friendship has ended thanks in part to the reality TV cameras scrutinizing every bit of shade thrown, every casual comment taken the wrong way, every joke gone awry. What it all boils down to is loyalty. Someone has lost it — or never had it to begin with — and the relationship breaks down. There have been so many blowouts, some verbal, some physical, that have left irreparable damage. We compiled a list of the 15 biggest blowouts between some of our favorite stars — you might notice a pattern (most of them come courtesy of the Love And Hip Hop franchise, many of them include repeat offenders, and they almost all have to do with someone’s loyalty being questioned), but can you guess the number one breakup?
Black Ink Crew has us constantly thinking of celebrities with body art these days, due in part to the scorpion tattoo Erica Mena received from Dutchess. But there are plenty of other VH1 celebrities with tattoos, and some of them are pretty surprising. Think you know your favorite celebs and their ink? Take our quiz and see if you can guess which tat belongs to which celeb right here.
Star magazine held its “Scene Stealers” party this week, and as expected, several VH1 scene stealers were in attendance. Mob Wives star Renee Graziano, most of the Basketball Wives L.A. cast, and some blasts from the past like You’re Cut Off star Erica Rose and Celebrity Rehab‘s Bai Ling were all there. Take a peek at our gallery to see who else showed up to the party.
