Tonight on VH1, prepare to be transported to another era (specifically the late 80s and early 90s) when VH1 airs The 40 Greatest Yo! MTV Raps Moments at 7 p.m. ET/PT. In case you forgot that J. Lo was once a thick-browed Fly Girl, or you need to be reminded of the fact that the Beastie Boys didn’t always have gray hair, or if you want to be taken back to the time when Tupac performed in non-hologram mode, this is the show to watch.

Now that our 40 Greatest Feuds special has aired, we’d like to sum up our thoughts by simply saying that we are so happy that we’ve never been in a fight with a celebrity. Can you imagine having all your dirty laundry aired out, your Tweets taken out of context, and every last conversation played out on camera? But of course, that’s exactly what our winners, Sammi Sweetheart and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, signed up for when they took their relationship to the airwaves on Jersey Shore. For the full list of feuds, we have it after the jump, but let us know, should Sammi and Ronnie be at #1, or can you make the case for another pair to take the top seed?

We’ve been toiling long and hard to determine which celebrity fights have had the most impact on our society, and tonight, the results are in. VH1 premieres the 40 Greatest Feuds tonight at 7 p.m. ET/PT. Watch as we count down the biggest arguments, online squabbles, and physical altercations throughout the years…It all leads up to one, final blowout. Can you guess who’s at number one?

The news of Whitney Houston‘s tragic passing sent shockwaves through the music industry last night. Houston’s legacy as one of the greatest and most popular vocalists of all-time is undeniable, and it will be days, if not weeks, before we’re all able to fully process this awful news.

As a way to pay tribute to Houston’s singular talent, VH1 will be reshuffling our regularly scheduled programming over the next few days. Among the broadcasts, we will be airing the VH1 News special Whitney Houston: Death Of a Diva Monday night at 8 p.m. ET/PT (note that this is at a different time than we previously reported). Here’s a list of all of our coverage in honor of Houston:

  • VH1 will be airing a special, one-hour long block of Whitney’s best music videos from 10-11 a.m. and from 3-4 p.m. ET/PT today (Sunday, 2/12). You can also tune into VH1 Soul all weekend long to catch some of Whitney’s most memorable and iconic video moments.
  • Monday morning’s edition of Big Morning Buzz Live will provide updates on the tragedy and feature reactions of celebrities attending the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles this evening.
  • On Monday, February 13th at 8 p.m. ET/PT, VH1 will premiere a VH1 News special, Whitney Houston: Death Of a Diva, that honors the life and times of Whitney Houston. It will feature the latest updates on events surrounding her death, as well as reactions from attendees at her mentor music mogul Clive Davis’s annual pre-Grammy Awards music industry party, as well as tributes from officials, artists and executives and fans.
  • Our latest installment of The Greatest series, the 100 Greatest Women In Music, premieres Monday at 10 p.m. ET/PT. These specials will air each weeknight and will acknowledge the tremendous loss and salute Houston’s legacy and wide-ranging influence.
  • VH1 Classic will be airing a 3-hour A to Z Whitney Houston video retrospective on Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. ET/PT and again at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT.
  • On Thursday, February 16th, VH1 will debut a new special celebrating Whitney Houston’s legacy, which included appearances on VH1 Divas in 1999 and 2003, as well as VH1 Honors in 1996.

Stay tuned to our new music blog, VH1 Tuner, for more updates on the life and passing of one of the all-time greats, Miss Whitney Houston.

All week, VH1 has been rolling out the 100 Greatest Songs of The ’00s and tonight we finally made it to number one which is…(drumroll)…Beyonce’s “Crazy In Love”! We’ve always maintained that this song is like a party(and we’re all invited) so we think its place at #1 is well-deserved, but we want to know if you agree. Our distinguished panel certainly does — they can’t help but booty pop in their seats just talking about it. Mob Wives star Drita D’avanzo puts it best though, when she says, “Beyonce and Jay-Z is like peanut butter and jelly, and you just want it.” After the jump, check out the full list of the top 100 songs from the ’00s, and then make your way to the comments section to let us know if Beyonce is the best choice to sit at the top of our list.

VH1′s The Greatest continues its weeklong countdown of The 100 Greatest Songs of the ’00s tonight with entries 40-21. Plain White T’s, comedian Godfrey, and others weighed in on why “Fallin’” by Alicia Keys deserves to be at #22. “She was, like, in a class by herself,” Basketball Wives star Tami Roman says. “She was rocking the fedora and the bandana and the cornrows, and it was just so, like, ‘I’m feeling you right now,’ you know?” Comedian Dean Edwards phrases it a little differently: “[She] was like O.D.B., you know what I mean? But, you know, a little cuter.” After the jump, check out #40-21 from tonight’s episode, as well as #20-1 from tomorrow’s episode (at 10 p.m. ET/PT). Or check out the complete list, where a spirited debate is already taking place in the comments: The 100 Greatest Songs Of The ’00s [COMPLETE LIST].

VH1′s latest entry in The Greatest series is one that’s sure to stir up plenty of debate. Starting next Monday night at 10 p.m. ET/PT and running through Friday, we’ll be counting down The 100 Greatest Songs of the ’00s. Each night, host Pete Wentz (whose own “Sugar, We’re Going Down” comes in at #40 on the list!) and a murderer’s row of your favorite comedians and musicians will provide their expert analysis (and a few jokes along the way) about a block of 20 songs that made the aughts such a memorable decade, musically speaking.

We can’t wait for you to see the show, but as a bit of a teaser, we wanted to share with you the entire list of songs, from #100 all the way down to #1, with you today (if you’re on Spotify, you can listen to VH1′s Greatest Songs Of The ’00s there). That way, you can begin debating and discussing the rankings among your friends (and in the comments!) right away, and you’ll be able to tune-in in next week every night at 10 p.m. to dig the rationale. Now, if you’ll do us the favor of imagining a drum roll in your mind, we’ll begin counting down the list…
