Last week we got to see the Mob Wives all decked out in their Halloween best, and this weekend, the rest of the VH1 talent pool followed suit. We pulled the best pics and most impressive costumes from all of our favorite VH1 stars, past and present, for you to see. There were a couple of variations on Catwoman, a Superman, some wild animals, and of course, a lot of skimpy, sexy looks. Let us know which costume is your favorite in the comments!

Erica Rose, the famously tiara-ed star of You’re Cut Off! who had to wean herself off of a $1,000-a-day spending habit, has a new gig. Ryan Seacrest spilled the beans that Rose is going to appear on ABC’s The Bachelor Pad, the new season of which begins on August 8.
Erica, who also appeared on The Bachelor: Rome, will compete with other Bachelor alums like Vienna Girardi and Rozlyn Papa for a $250,000 prize. Not that she needs the prize money— we caught up with Erica this morning and the girl is certainly keeping busy.
While she’s not at liberty to discuss The Bachelor Pad, she spoke to us as she was on her way to her last law school final of the year, and said “I definitely want to keep doing reality TV.” In addition to law school, she also developed her own workout program after leaving You’re Cut Off! “My trainer and I are coming out with a workout DVD called Stiletto Bikini Blast that I actually developed when I was on You’re Cut Off when Jackie and I were in the house with no exercise equipment and needed something to do,” she said. “We’re filming that next week.”
She told us she’s currently in amazing bikini shape, so maybe that will give her a leg up on her Bachelor Pad competition when filming begins.

On Wednesday, January 19th VH1 partnered with Time Out New York and Time Out Chicago to throw two parties in celebration of the second season of You’re Cut Off! The one in New York was held at District 36 and the one in Chicago was at Blokes and Birds. Cast members new and old showed up to support their show — check them out in the gallery below.

To wrap up our look back at 2010, here’s a brief list of the most satisfying posts that ran on this blog this year. You can probably imagine that working at VH1 puts a person in touch with extreme personalities on a regular basis. Though that is amusing enough to get you through your day, it’s always nice when content you’re proud of as a blogger comes with it. Below are six such instances…

If you pay close attention, you may see an abstract story unfolding. Or maybe not! Enjoy the images…

When You’re Cut Off‘s Erica Rose was in New York to film The Wendy Williams Show, I stole a little of her time for an interview of our own. Above, Erica lounges in a hotel room while she talks about reality TV being her “calling in life,” her winking approach to her craft and how, just as Warren Beatty suggested about Madonna in Truth or Dare, she doesn’t want to live off camera. She also delivers the most succinct encapsulation of the reality star ethos that I’ve ever heard: “My goal was just to make good TV, not to worry about my reputation.” Here is a woman who knows what’s up.
Below, a few more You’re Cut Off!-specific points are considered: the very loose stipulations Erica’s mother gave her to return to her house, old money vs. new money and, of course, Erica’s slavish devotion to keeping her face wrinkle-proof…

If this is true, and she ends up spending money on Botox as a result, the system has failed her.
